It was an amazinIt was a great experience staying at Katriya Hotel & Towers . It is a budget hotel and for my fellow travelers, I request to take rooms in the newly renovated floor. Not on the old one. That's it. The rooms with wooden floors are great(THE EXECUTIVE ROOMS). The receptionists are friendly and nice, especially Mamta. She is a gem for the hotel. Amazing experience that I will not forget.g

*Minus-1/5 stars - A Hotel that Redefines Luxury (Not)* I had the misfortune of staying at Katriya Towers Hotel and Towers, and I must say, it's a true gem. Who needs basic facilities like hot water, drinking water, or a functioning lift when you can have a hotel that takes your money upfront and delivers nothing? Their hot water facility is a marvel - just keep the tap running for an hour, and voila! You might get lukewarm water. And don't worry about saving water; they're clearly experts in water conservation. The complimentary water bottles are a generous touch - two whole bottles! And if you dare to ask for more, be prepared for an indefinite wait. I'm convinced they have a secret water-manufacturing facility at the reception, where they mix hydrogen and oxygen to create water on demand. The reception staff is a delight - unprofessional, immature, and sporting blazers that make them look like they're trying too hard. When I asked for hot water, the receptionist laughed and asked if he should come to my room. I'm still trying to comprehend the logic behind that response. In conclusion, if you want to experience the thrill of staying in a hotel that's completely disconnected from reality, look no further than Katriya Towers Hotel and Towers. Just don't forget to bring your sense of humor and a healthy dose of sarcasm.

During my stay, I had a mixed experience with the hotel staff. One of the managers Sai Kiran Reddy was incredibly helpful, professional, and accommodating--definitely made a positive impact on my visit. However, another staff member was quite difficult to deal with and made interactions uncomfortable. While the overall stay was decent, the contrast in staff attitude was noticeable. Definitely coming back for Mr.Reddy.

Waste Hotel No taps Working all taps are engaged with problems. Bad Smell in Bathroom no freshners used, Worst Room Service, Premium Suite room and Normal Suite room are Same. Dont Go or Dont choose this Hotel. just outlook of hotel is good. Staff are worst they dont react immediately on your room problem call. Taps in bathroom are broken interior of walls are All Cracks effected. Dont waste your Valuable money and memories by choosing this hotel. Worst hotel For Couples or newly married. Paying 500/- per day in normal lodge is equal to paying 3500/- in this hotel. Worst WORST WORST WORST WORST WORST STAFF, Rooms, Bathrooms, Bathtub, Interior Walls, Water Problem and Many more. I kindly please dont choose this Hotel never and ever
