Its scam if someone directs you to this hotel dont you will rip off

During my stay I had changed four rooms for some problems in the room. The property owner didn't maintain the property properly. Location wise the hotel is best in placed. Kindly needful action for improvement of the hotel.

Location is good, there is a restaurant in first floor and staff is good. Room is fine but the water is terrible, looks like iron has been added in the water to make it really bad. The toilet flush barely worked and shower was unusable. Could not take bath. Not staying here again.

I'm kind of satisfied. Overall it's a great hospitality

Good things 1. Location of the Hotel, hotel located on main road. 2. Very clean room and 24*7 room service available 3. Lift available. 4. Good restaurent available.. 5. Daily room cleaning 6. Small Fridge available. 7. No one asking for any tips and charges 8. Toilet soap and shampoo are providing on daily basis 9. No one disturbing 10. AC and geyser both are available 11. Sufficient power socket are available.

Good hotel over all. Except a few minor issues, it's a decent place to stay. Staff are very polite and attended to our needs promptly. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Beds and linen are clean. No beverages are available except water. There are a few tea stalls nearby at a walkable distance. I would definitely consider staying here another time.

Worst experience! Rude staff behaviour! I booked a room for 2 days with my family here. Even if we pay and confirm rooms in OYO website, while check in hotel staff is asking to pay extra amount, saying that Oyo room charges are not applicable for them. "Why do customers has to pay for the extra charges when the issue is between Oyo and the Hotel management?" Lift was not working as well. Poor service.

No room service at all, you cannot have tea coffee in your room. Bathroom is dirty. Flash doesn't clean the toilet pot. No food available. No electric kettle in the room. Entire hotel is stinking with dirty laundry and empty bottles. No maintenance, no cleanliness. Even towels and bed sheets are not changed.
