Jubilee Park

It's a pure business hotel.. Good food, location, rooms are good. Service is good. (.no other amenities like gym or so). However go through MAKEMYTRIP or so.which provides better discount. DO NOT BOOK DIRECTLY. I did that and thought may be the hotel will honor the request of giving similar discount. But they simply denied. Only 1 water bottle in room, 1 tea sachet, 2 small.milk sachet. It's seems that hotel is misery in providing basic stuff. Otherwise it's good.

Do not book to stay at this hotel!! |They cheated us of our deposit!!! ||I stayed here with my group of friends and prior to arrival we had informed them that one of the reserved rooms for which we had placed a deposit would not be required. The hotel subsequently refused to reimburse our deposit and proceeded to charge us for the cancelled room throughout the duration of our stay!! ||Their rates per day (INR 7000) were Exorbitant in comparison with what one would expect to pay staying at a hotel with reasonable / internationally recognised standards (INR 5000 at Marriott). ||They frequently rung up my friend to raise the issue of including payment for the 'cancelled' room which we disputed on.||We also dealt with a Rude manager, Mr Naik, who insisted to copy our Visas, and to know what type of visas we were on - rightfully this should not be the concern of the hotel! One of their staff did not return my Visa after making a copy for their records. I have had to highlight that i didn't get my printed visa back from them. They searched their folder where they kept only the copy they made but there was no trace of my original copy! I made them xerox a fresh set back ( from the copy they made!) for me. Unbelievable. ||It was later that we learned that during our time in Hyderabad, President Modi issued a new rule that required all foreign visitors entering India to be tracked - movements such as places of visit and of stay. A new requirement was to show visas part from passports at hotels. Our hotel manager Mr Naik had not communicated the changes in regulations clearly. ||Overall - we paid more which was so unnecessary for an unoccupied room for the duration of our stay, faced a rude manager and have had to show Indian Visas which upset us. What an unpleasant experience!

It was an unpleasant experience staying at Jubilee Park. The staff were rude, especially Mr Naik. He was rude and demanded that we give him a copy of our visas to India. We gave our passports as proof. However, he wanted our visa approval from the Indian Embassy. We stayed in the hotel for a few days before we left for another place. When we came back, this new requirement was imposed on us. They should have checked that we stayed in this hotel a few days before asking us for the visa. They charged us an exorbitant price for one room- INR 7000. When JW Marriots only charging INR 5000. I will never again|| stay in this hotel.

24 hour reception was very handy when we had to check in arriving on international flight at early hours. The reception staff were very obedient and helpful. When we had to go to another city for a few days during our trip, our luggage was safely tucked away in the cloak room. Complementary breakfast was very delicious and sumptuous (but the menu was exactly the same every single day for 10 days)!

I had a great experience at Jubilee park hotel, the room was spacious and comfortable and clean, very kind staff and special thanks to Sashi Bhusan Nayak, the manager! The hotel is at the main road and in close proximity to the Airport. The restaurant besides the hotel Navarasa is also great, I had the breakfast buffet and it was great. Thanks for making my stay pleasant.

Very clean place, had a comfortable stay. Shashibushan was really helpful. Only problem is we need to order food from their own restaurant only.

Booked several rooms via local friends. Hotel management was inflexible in room adjustments, insistently collected our money in advance before we checked out, no invoice issued for cash received until the last day. It was a huge negative experience in my otherwise lovely holiday.

This hotel is better than some of the five-star hotels I stayed at. Rooms are neat and tidy, and the bathrooms are super clean! WiFi is amazing. Restaurant is great too. Manager Sashibhushan Nayak at the front desk is courteous! I loved it and I will stay at this hotel again when there is an opportunity!
