Itsy Hotels Sunrise Grand

A great experience at the Itsy Hotels Sunrise Grand. The rooms were spacious, very clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The front desk staff were polite. Would recommend for business traveler's or anyone needing a short, comfortable stay.

We booked from treebo. The receptionist doesn't know how to deal with customers, behaves very rudely and doesn't meet the expectations. We had opted for breakfast just because we couldn't tell the order at the time they called which is 8 am. At 9 When we went to give the order they refused to take it but they ordered breakfast the same as the next room order in front of us by the way breakfast timing was 9.30am. Staff didn't provide adequate facilities in the room when treebo itself processed our request of extra bed hotel staff refused to give and made us wait until the owner had come and they he agreed. Even after paying immediately in eve. the bed was provided at 10.30 pm only after asking them to get bed again and again. The bathroom was not so clean and the dustbin was not provided in the bathroom. Overall the stay was not good. It was a pathetic experience not expected from treebo.

Overall it's a good hotel and service was also good... People were kind and humble.

TV doesn't work. No complimentary breakfast. Geyser is very small. Air circulation in the room is pretty bad

The whole stay was very good and staff is awesome and rooms also very clean and good atmosphere there , I liked it ||. It is a budget friendly.

Some of our relatives have been boarded there and I went there to drop them at hotel, not a very big one but seems good, rooms are ok, recently constructed it seems, the approach road to that hotel is very small, big cars can't go in that way, with my creta N line car I also went there with difficulty
