Hotel Virat Inn (Luxury Rooms , Ac Rooms , Lodge)

My stay was cut short due to staff misconduct, including refusal to provide water, Wi-Fi, and toiletries, and using abusive language towards female guests. I chose this hotel seeing the good ratings however i find it hard to believe given my experience and will never recommend this hotel.

I have booked this hotel for 6 days but due the misbehaviour & abusive language used by staff i was forced to checkout in 2 days because of the below mentioned issues: 1. Water bottles not provided- staff response- we only provide complimentary bottle only for customers who book online. 2. No wifi available- staff tells to use phone data because there is no wifi in the respective room and even had the audacity to say that you should have confirmed with us while checking-in if there is wifi connection in that room (as only that room had no wifi as claimed by him, which i don't think is true) 3. No toiletries- Why don't you go to a 5 star hotel if you want good services. 4. Abusive language used towards women guest which is so disgraceful. Overall, this was a horrible experience & i don't understand how does this hotel has good rating on Google & 3rd party apps. I will not recommended this hotel to anyone ever.

Stay (10.10.24 to 17.10.24) was peaceful. Rooms are spacious. Location is very convenient. Service is good. Apart from lodging, had food been also available in the hotel, it would have been extremely useful for the boarders. Tariff is reasonable.

Great experience of 10 days stay in this hotel, staffs are good management is also good.

Rooms were good for the price... Neat and clean... Reception guy also very well mannered...

This hotel is really good enough for a few days stay. We had a treatment tour so it was very efficient to find a hotel literally 100m away from AIG. This hotel is almost an hour from RGI Airport. This hotel have parking space too if you need. The staff is cordial enough. They deliver water or soft drinks to your room whenever you need. The room is clean enough. The wall is scratched n all but the bed & washroom were clean. They call to take your permission & perform housekeeping. You get a cupboard & a tv. You get geyser & AC obviously. If you prefer Bengali food, a lodge cum restaurant name Archana Lodge is right at the opposite side of the hotel where you can have home made fresh Bengali food. This hotel allows outside food too so order food from Zomato-Swiggy all you like. I had a great time staying here & would stay at the same place if I've to come to Hyderabad again.

Good hotel at center location of city & close to metro station. We had nice stay for four days along with Car parking below hotel building (ground floor). Hotel staff is good & co-operative.

We stayed here with family & friends, group of 11 people & it was very pleasant stay. All staff behaviour was very nice, very quick service. Best part was 24 hour's checkin - which helped a lot since we reached Hyderabad early morning at 5 o'clock. I would definitely recommend to stay here if you are travelling with your family or friends.
