We always go to Tulips pocharam branch but came here to try as it is new. The pocharam branch is the best and this is worst. The service was not prompt, they just put items on the table and didn't bother to serve. We ordered Thai red pepper chicken which was mentioned as spicy in the menu and also by their captain but it had sweet flavour. When we asked, they replaced but reserved the same one to which they added chilli powder and roasted again

We recently dined at this restaurant and here's what we ordered: * Tulips Special Soup (Non-Veg): Not very tasty. * Chicken Tandoori: Good. * Prawn Fry: A must-try! * Mutton Biryani: Good. * Apricot Delight (Sweet): Good. Our total bill was 1,890. The restaurant is located on the 1st floor, with a well-maintained lobby on the ground floor and a banquet hall on the 2nd floor. The ambiance was great, the service was fast, and the staff was welcoming. It's a beautiful place, perfect for dining with family. Overall, a good experience!
Value for money Quality service Well maintained property Courteous personnel Quality food Excellent in room dining experience due to highly obedient personnel especially ameer is nice and never say no guy. Good & nice experience.
We went here as a group of 8 for lunch. We were guided into the small cabin set up which was beautifully done. The service staff was assigned for the whole duration. We had a variety of chicken starters , main course was Pulao All items were very good in taste. The speed of service, attentiveness and the whole experiance of dining was extremely nice. Definitely reccomend this place food and service absolutely amazing.
I recently had the opportunity to dine at a restaurant near Chengicherla main road. While the ambiance was excellent, I must note that the paneer biryani I initially tasted had a slightly tangy flavor, resembling the taste of tamarind . I brought this to the manager's attention, who promptly tasted the dish, acknowledged the issue, and replaced it. On a positive note, the rotis and curries were delicious, and the desserts were exceptional--a must-try for anyone visiting. Overall, it was a mixed experience with great service and a pleasant atmosphere.
Hotel housekeeping is honestly a whole different beast compared to residential cleaning--it's fast-paced, detail-oriented, and all about creating that "wow" factor for guests. I've noticed that in hotels, the housekeeping team (mahesh kumar) is like the unsung backbone. They're tasked with turning over rooms in record time, often under an hour, while making everything look pristine--like no one's ever stayed there before. Think perfectly tucked sheets, spotless mirrors, and those little touches like folded towel edges or neatly arranged toiletries. It's impressive.
