Hotel Trishul Grand

It was a great stay at the hotel. The staff did a fabulous job and the service was exellent. Rooms were really good. Beds were comfortable and bathroom size was big. Rooms were provided with wifi. If we talk about food breakfast was really nice. Food was good in taste. Lunch and dinner was delicious with varieties of dishes and the desert after the meall was outstanding. Hotel also had a swimming pool where me and my pals had great fun.|All the staff of the hotel were so polite and helpful. Most importanty the hotel was perfectly fitted in our budget. Comparing to the service and ambiance we received the cost was low. Every friend of mine liked the hotel and choose this hotel to stay on our next visit. It was great experience staying here.

I am giving a 3 star review based mainly on the good food. My breakfast (part of room package) was good and the best part was the happy hour deals at the bar. I had a couple of beers with veg salt and pepper and chili chicken and the snacks were very tasty, freshly made and reasonably priced. The hotel is not great but the 24 hr checkout works if you arrive at odd hours. overall a decent stay.

All the employees made their best to make my business guest stay awesome! It's a good hotel with great staff that know true value of customer service, special mention to Reception . Room itself was well equipped, stylish, spacious and comfortable. We heard absolutely no Street noise despite being facing on busy road. Thanks for making my Business Guest stay very comfortable.

Very Neat and hygiene place, very good ambience and supportive staff, the thing which i like in this hotel is the dinning hall, its damn beautiful with pleasant music and beautiful paintings all around the wall, the 4 star rating is for the price even though there is leas amenities the price to be little expensive, wash room is little compact but very well maintained. Key things : >>Strictly no visitors allowed. >>No delivery boys allowed. >>If you are booking online less price but 12 o clock check out time but direct bookings are expensive but 24hrs checkout. >> Directly visting the restaurant you get 30% off instead opting room service.

1. Every room seems to have one problem or the other. For 2 nights that I stayed I had to change my room twice - once because the room didn't have beds that can be split to two separate beds and second time due to a very noisy AC and the TV that wouldn't work. The third room that we moved into looked better than the earlier two but was infested with mosquitoes. Though we brought it to the notice of the hotel staff we didn't get a solution to the same.||2. The wifi connection is good, though several sites seem to be blocked||3. The hot water facility in the bathroom is good||4. The hotel staff in general are courteous and seem to be helpless to manage the maintenance problems in the hotel. The sales manager was quite rude in denying the favour of providing minimal available packed breakfast (which was part of complementary package) since we had to leave little early on one day.||5. Food provided as room service was hot and tasty||Considering the overall facilities and services provided and the cost of stay I can summarize that it is not worth the value.

Service is pathetic. The breakfast offered is even pathetic. The batter used for dosa, idli are stale. Room we got had some issue in bathroom and after reminding them 10 times they got it fixed. Room service is better than any other service they give you quick service comparer to other service in the hotel. When you checkout you have to wait for so long coz it seems that they have only one boy who can help you out with your luggage. In all the service is pathetic. I will not recommend this to anyone.

Good quiet place to have some drinks and relax yourself. The price is cheap but the food is not that great. Tip: make sure to keep your shot glasses on the table until the very end so that you know how many you had. We have a bit of trouble with the count. As far as my friend remembers he had 5 but they said 6. So be careful out there. Posting a copy of the bill we had. 4 of us on a normal night had a bill of 3k. :)

Its really needs a makeover the hotel is running out of time its almost broken carpet room cleaniness is not upto the mark. Location wise its best rooms are luxurious. Outside views are also good just the management have to renovate the hotel as soon as possible until that they need to close the operation so that guest don't have to suffer
