Hotel Tourist Plaza

The stay in the family room at the hotel tourist plaza was very good. The rooms are clean, spacious and beautiful. It is located just 5Mins walk from Kacheguda railway station. The staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant and buffet breakfast is very good in taste and options. It's a veg restaurant. Restaurant staff take good care of guests. The only thing I didn't like is that I did a 1 hour early check in and I was asked to check out at the same time the next day. I have never seen this kind of condition for any other hotel up to now. Just a suggestion that early check-in should be an option and put your terms in a polite way with customers.

I could say it was good. But we booked it for 2 days. 1st day it was good no problem but the second day it was more trouble. The second day room we booked it for High range but they told the room is not there. . Later they gave us the same room . And we did online booking with breakfast included but they did not include our breakfast. This problem was there for many of the gusts. Most of the gusts were giving the live complaint. And more over the tv conection was been cut

Great rooms. Booked a family room for 4 members. Beds were big and rooms were also big. Comfortable stay. The location is near Kacheguda Railway station. Walkable distance only. They have a Veg restaurant on the 1st floor. Also we can order from room

Don't book rooms in this hotel, worst experience till now. And the worst thing is lady receptionist in this hotel, she is very rude. She don't care about customer their inconvenience and all. Please don't book this hotel if you want to stay with your family. The location is the only good thing. The staff is incompetent and hotel takes no responsibility of their mistakes.

Restaurant is excellent, neat and clean. Mr Bappi is very courteous, service oriented and excellent person. Food stuff is also very good. In room cleanliness is not upto mark, cocroaches are there, not removed despite complaints every day

This hotel has one of the worst staff in the city, They r never cooperative I stayed here for almost a week in this hotel at last they threw me out early in the morning at 6 am stating they have to accommodate some marriage booking. Even though I gave them a business of around 20k booking 2 rooms they didn't even give me 1 hour time to freshen up also I offered them I would pay an extra amount whatever it is, even I was ready to pay full day charges they behaved like an uneducated illiterate idiots. I finally had to check-out this indecent hotel and book my room in another hotel.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel. Staff is rude. The hospitality is worst. Food not good. They don't care about customers inconvenience and the reception desk staff is quite impolite. Overall quite bad experience.

Local id booking isnt allowed and the guests are thrown out of the hotel at odd times. They do not issue refunds when checkin is cancelled
