Hotel Taar Tangerine

Someone should teach the entire staff at the property on hospitality. Rooms are cleaned, if the housekeeping team is in a mood. If cleaned, they simply forget to replace the toiletries. Even more, without even giving a single thought, they take away your personal toiletries as if they're their own, and shall not give a rats eye to return them back. As a tourist from another country, communication is a nightmare. The complimentary breakfast should be avoided at all costs. Ah, the water. It's so precious that there's no pressure in the water in the washrooms. Probably sacred. Overall, I'd rate this 1/10. Not recommended at all.

Worst experience ! Donot get carried away with looks. Rooms are horrible . Ac is not working and fan sounds like hell. No proper maintenance. Everything in bathroom leaks - taps showers nothing works properly . Rooms are not even cleaned well. Not even worth for 2000 per day. And they charge 5000 per day and don't even give a proper bill. Breakfast is pathetic. Even road side food is much better than this.

Highly priced Average hotel. Even water is in scarcity here in bathrooms!!!. Poor breakfast menu which will be very cold. No one will be there to take care during breakfast!.

The receptionist was extremely rude and uncooperative. We requested breakfast to be served a bit earlier than 8:30 AM due to our schedule, but he flat-out refused, even denying a simple request for an omelet. His dismissive attitude caused us significant delays and completely ruined our plans. Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable!

Inside the room higene was ok but outside the room it was dirty and stinking. TV and phone wes not working and reception memeber was not at all responsive. Even after completion about clearing stinking plates in the corridor, they didn't clear for 24 hours.

Cute, cozy and most comfortable. We had a great stay. Well maintained property and very close to Gachibowli. The owner made sure to give the best service possible.

Had booked about 10-12 rooms for 16-18 people for work travel. The place is good looking but needs some care taking, staff is visibily not hospitality. They look bored when you ask them things for service / food etc. Despite multiple reminders, room service was lacking for over an hour, fruits never came, toaster was broken 3 days in a row and the waiter thought its ok to just send raw cold bread from fridge without butter when asked for toast. Need pest control since every room had problems with tiny roaches. Need to get staff trained and interested in absolute hospitality.
