Food was worst service is very poor we ordered chicken majestic it was of no taste no salt and no spice rather we would cook it better at our home next chicken tikka masala is of worst taste we left tha naan and curry even curd rice also not good As our previous experience was good we visited it it is not recommended anymore pls don't go But it was waste of money

I have gone there to book 4 rooms. They made to pay full amount in advance hyping that rooms can not blocked with token advance. Some how, the expected guests couldn't come and I intimated the same to the hotel manager on the same day. When asking for refund, the Manager bluntly refused and insulted me stating my level to speak to the higher management. I didn't expect such kind of response from this prestigious group. Be careful while booking Rooms and Banquet halls and particularly with that Manager

Strategically located on Nagole main road Ambience is awesome. Services are good. Quality of dishes to be improved a little bit especially during large gatherings and during peak hours

The Worst service on 4th May 2025 afternoon @ around 2:00 Pm. For serving a basic tomato soup they took 45 min.

Rooms are spacious and maintained very well. Location is also very good with access to all means of public transport. Breakfast spread is decent and tasty. Room cleaning service needs to be improved a little bit. All went well but while leaving hotel, had bitter experience with valet staff, security and bell boys. I had to pay 300 rupees to please them as they kept on asking for tips. Please instruct staff on this aspect.

This is grilled sandwich In this bread is not grilled and the filling was masala dosa alu stuffing And gave a donut which was made two days ago And milk was made of water and milk powder

Bad Experience! Avoid Hosting Your Party Here! We recently hosted a function at Swagath Grand and it was a complete disappointment. Here's why: 1.Unprofessional Conduct: During our event, some staff members were observed taking slices of cake without seeking permission. This behavior was disappointing and unprofessional. 2. High Decoration Charges: Their decoration rates are way higher compared to other function halls in the area. You'll feel like you're being looted. 3. No Freedom for Decorations: There's a clear nexus between the management and their decorators. You're not allowed to bring your own decorator and you're forced to pay whatever they demand. If you're planning a function here, think twice. The management only cares about making money, not about customer satisfaction. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Good location with parking facility. Food and service is flaw less. Overall it's all right.
