Worst place to stay. Staff is very rude, rooms and bathrooms are unhygienic,no water to drink and have to pay extra money than charged on bottle if you need one. Full of mosquitoes Blankets are not washed.

If you want to stay in this hotel for 1 or more days, I would recommend you to stay on any Railway station Platform instead. Same mosquitoes, same washrooms, same water or drain problems, Hotel manager's same attitude like public toilet manager. Believe me, the hotel manager did not allow me to stay in the reception area or sit on the sofa while I was checking with agoda customer care after the management refused my check-in even after I had confirmed the booking. After checking in, I saw the wonders like cupboards are filled with broken pieces of AC and other garbage. Water clogged in the washroom, a room full of mosquitoes. Worst experience.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff was rude and unhelpful, making check-in a frustrating ordeal. The room was filthy, with stains on the carpet, a musty odor, and what appeared to be mold in the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable and had questionable-looking sheets that did not seem freshly laundered. Noise levels were unbearable due to thin walls and loud, inconsiderate guests, making it impossible to get any rest. The amenities were nonexistent, despite being advertised, top it all off, I found bugs in the room, which was the final straw. I checked out early and will never return. Save your money and stay anywhere else but here. Finally he is saying like don't book through Oyo , if u want good amenities... Even though I checked out early... Save your money , stay away from this hotel

Very costly and no any service like bathroom not good there is hot water for bath bed condition also not good

I recently stayed at Hotel Sunshine and had an extremely disappointing experience. The hotel was infested with mosquitoes, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. The rooms were not clean; there was visible dirt and dust everywhere, and the linens looked as if they hadn't been changed in ages. The lack of cleanliness was truly appalling.

Not good at all, they can't even talk to the customer properly. For little reason they start arguments. Is that the way to behave with a customer?? Where did the ATITHI DEVO BHAVA thing go . Man atleast change ur receptionist..! Good services needed.

I took room in this hotel. There is no hygienic environment and people are very unprofessional. They didn't even provided blanket. Ac is not working. Getting bad smell on room. Bathroom is very very dirty. It showing 600 something in the app but they charging 1500 to 1800 the bed is very very worst . Finally very bad experience. I felt very bad for the heat in summer without ac. Please don't choose this hotel.
