The only good thing about this hotel is its location. I've been staying here during my trips on NH44 since 2021. It used to be a great place, but unfortunately, it has gone completely downhill. They arbitrarily charge whatever they want -- just 20 days ago, I was charged 500 as pet charges, and now it's 700. That's a 200 hike with no explanation. Cleanliness has taken a backseat, and there's little regard for guest comfort. Towels, bedsheets etc are all worn out and stained. One of the receptionists is exceptionally rude (though the rest of the staff is friendly). This was my last stay here. I'll definitely be looking for better options in the future.

Booked a premier boudle room with twin beds through MMT. After reaching there, we were informed that there was water problem and redirected us to their another property which is very congested that too with a single bed. AC not worked properly. This is the second happened to us. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

Extremely disappointing experience. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, providing vague and improper responses to queries. The manager's behavior was highly unprofessional, more suited to a low-tier guesthouse than a reputed property. Despite booking for three people, we were allowed entry, but when the third person wanted to sleep, we were unexpectedly charged extra for a mattress. This kind of misleading policy and poor hospitality is unacceptable. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Had a very pathetic experience about concept of booking by number of person.I booked for 3 adults but still had to pay extra amount for mattress. If you want to book this hotel book it room wise. Service was slow but there are many restaurant near by.

Jewellery was stolen from my room in my absence, my room was opened by housekeeping without my consent. Management denies the loss as rooms are cleaned in their supervision so they just want to steal. Worst Experience ever

Be careful here they are not active & honest as per hike prices. They changes their price by looking towards customer get up. They are not cooperating at all. Restaurant is available but no Jain food. Don't believe on them & their cooks they are full of Non veg. Location of backside is the worst. Lots of mosquitoes. Wash room even animals will hesitate to enter! We have stay here forcefully for our urgent flight only else would have chosen something else. 1day experience but worst 1. Rude talks to customer after taking payment .Only a lady was there at receptionist who is little good towards customer. Very bad smells every where in the corridor as meats & lots of non veg were being thrown here & there....very dirty!! Black cats are moving everywhere freely! Certain lights are fused. In the room roofs has holes. Bad carpets. No landlines at room only phone set is there. Very worst services. Greedy peoples are here. Taps are rusted!! Water is not pure. Words are limited to explain their worst things!lots of broken things inside the rooms so be careful!!! It's not luxury hotel don't get trapped!!
