Hotel Sitara Grand - LB Nagar

Very dry and non tasty baby corn majestic. Non tasty and non flavoured mushroom biryani. Average chicken tikka biryani. Worst experience. No salt and no taste at all. Not at all worthy. Not recommended.

Had a fantastic experience at Hotel Sitara Grand - LB Nagar. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, the service was prompt, and the staff was very courteous. The food was delicious, offering great variety and taste. The location is also convenient, making it a great choice for both business and leisure stays. Rates are high as compared to services provided

Stayed in Sitara for almost 2 months along with my Team. Me, being the Team Manager - Genuinely impressed by the dedication and attention to detail displayed by who was handling our group. He managed everything so seamlessly, always ensuring every requirement was met. What stood out most was his proactive approach was - personally calling to check if everything was going smoothly. It's rare to see such commitment. Special Thanks to Housekeeping too delivering the laundry on time and Entire Team of Chef to provide us sumptuous food. Service timings can be improvised a bit however they are also very supportive. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Sitara team for such exceptional service! See you soon.

Bad experience in my life. No customer focused. No grace time to check out even five minutes also. Rooms not acoustic. Our side sounds are coming. Not able to sleep. So centralised air conditioning. Split AC sound is coming.very noisy. Bathrooms are slipping. Smooth tiles. Are coming. Room cleanliness is not upto the mark. Receptionist are rude.

Cons: The decor planner is the worst, we spent 1.2L (bad monopoly) and got a sofa which was torn all over and when arranged, one of the sofa feet broke and it fell down, had to wait 30mins for another sofa (which was in bad condition) in the interim we picked up the sofa from seating section to continue the ritual.The cakes they offer is at-least 30% cream and mine had a big crack, it didn't look good in pictures, so I would suggest getting your own cake from a reputed cake shop. The table they arranged for cake was so bad, it was short, the red cloth was torn, it looked like a table where people place soiled plates, It was that bad. Overall, the decor experience was bad. The serving experience can be made better, the uniforms and serving intervals are not upto the mark, had to followup couple times (no issues with serving intervals or food). The price is high, similar venues with better interior, newly built, similar food options/taste was at-least 200Rs cheaper. I suggest explore couple options before settling for this one. Pros: The food is nice. The halls are showing their age, a little renovation is needed. The location is great and accessible.

Food was good but could be better! Not much interesting to choose from. We ordered 1. Andhra prawn fry (must try) 2. seekh kabab (this was very spicy), 3. hot and sour soup (not that good), 4. Dal fry - okay but dhaba dal fry is better than this one 5. Jeera rice - tasty 6. Garlic naan- very soft and good 7. Tandur roti- good 8. Honey and dry fruit ice cream and gulab jamun- I tried the combo it was very good

I had booked this hotel since it is closer to my place of work. The usual check in time is in the morning, however, I checked in by late evening. The receptionist was attending to another customer, and made me wait. After a while, 20 minutes later, I had to remind her that I had to be checked in and without apologising, hurriedly gave away a key. The room was very noisy as the windows were broken. The bathroom was not kept clean. Two days later when I was about to check out, I received a call exactly at 11AM, to vacate the room!!!! Sad hospitality! I have given 2stars only for the location!!

I booked the banquet for an event, event went well and the hall was good but not happy with the taste and quality of food. Didn't expect this from a renowned hotel chain. The manager (Mahesh) was very good and he helped wherever needed. The arrangements or ambience is nice but only disappointed with taste of food (makes big difference for the guest who come to the event). We conveyed the same to the management as well but didn't get welcoming responses from them.
