HOTEL S.Y.N RESIDENCY

Came to book rooms. Receptionist wasn't even welcoming and was very rude. Highly non recommendable. Though the owner responded back very decently and appropriately

I am sharing this review so that people who are attracted by seeing good reviews of this hotel on Google Map do not make this mistake like me. The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. 1. The price is so high which is beyond the standards of this hotel. 2. The staff's behavior does not matter because the hotel management was not good. like price high & room cleannes & poor quality of bed & sofa dirty washroom You have lost your mind. If you Live here and take the room. The last thing I want to point out is that these people are trying to pass the GST bill. like they did to us first bola 25h with gst But in the morning when we went to checkout they refused to give us the GST bill, saying that we would be informed half an hour before the checkout that we would need the GST bill.

Service is too bad no safety rash behave with customers

Stay away from this hotel it is one of my worst experiance in my life . The washroom was not good . And the room contains all cockroach and room is filled with full of flies . Very bad maintainance. Even they are not able to provide water to the guest. The front desk staff was fully commercial. The hotel staff is not allowing a single minute to extent for checkout . They saying that if 10 min exceeds they are charging 1500 /- . . The reception staff was too rude. The guy who is in the front desk he asking for amount personally for extension of time . This is unfair . And he treating like a 3 rd grade person. My sugesstion is firstly make your staff to polite againest the guest... Friends try to avoid this hotel .....

Worst banquet hall in the LB Nagar. Lost honor in front of 150 people because of stupid banquet hall. Hotel management provided worst food even after told multiple times.

In entire LB nagar area the worst hotel Nobody responding once check in the hotel No AC No sound system Recently I attended one function No body responding AC not working sound system not working , no body phone lifting, boys area very less Amount demanding Plates count also cheating Don't prefer this hotel Don't belive fake reviews This is fact
