Hotel Royal Palm

I am so pleased with my stay at this hotel as staff and management is good and very co ordinative ,helpfull and friendly. I like ambience ,cleanliness and service provided by the management .

This hotel was very bad bathroom was unhygienic and food was tasteless but dal chawal and aloo was tasty but room was very very bad and floor was not cleaned properly and coming foule smell also.

We came here from Bangalore to Hyderabad in Gachibowli at 6 am and auto driver take us at this hotel and charged 100 and the hotel man charged 2200 for 24 hours ,2200 is too much for that room,it was like 1200 1400 rooms . Manager is nice and humble in talking but the room is not value for money.

I booked a room in this hotel on 26/10/24. I booked the room at 5 pm. I checked out the next day at 11 am. When I asked about the room details, the person at the front office said that only deluxe rooms are available. When I asked about the charge, he said it was 2200. I paid 2200. I was taken to the room. It is really a room of a thousand rupees standard. No drinking water, towels or bath soap were provided in the room. Really bad service. The food items in the restaurant below the hotel are terribly expensive. It is a scheme to rob people from other states. The room number I stayed in is 106. You decide for yourself whether the 2200 rupees in this room is worth it. If you provide good service to the customer, it will benefit such hotels in the future. I had to come to Kochi for a morning flight on 28/10/24, so I booked a room in Shamshabad on 27/10/24. The name is Hotel Neem Tree Residency. I got a comfortable room for Rs. 1270/- in the first one I booked. The room itself has all the facilities. The staff is very friendly. This is how it should be. If I come to Telangana from Kerala, I will not book a room in Hotel Royal Palm.
