Worst Experience ever. As a Football Club we've travelled alot in all over India. I feel bad for my players & staff. Will never ever stayed in this Hotel anymore Dirty rooms, dirty staff, home of mosquito. Worst services ever. For 4 days all rooms were having an AC problem. Advise all the my love ones not to stay in this Hotel. No Star given

If I could, I wouldn't even give this place a single star. The manager and staff were absolutely terrible. The manager's behavior was appalling, he kept us waiting for a room for around 4 hours, repeatedly saying "10 minutes." It was clear they didn't care about customer service. The rooms and toilets were in an unhygienic condition, making the stay unbearable. The lack of cleanliness and professionalism ruined our experience. I strongly advise against staying here. Save your money and peace of mind. choose a better hotel!

Worst service provider... unhygienic room, no timely response from staff, no crockery available for in the room dining, non working TV available just to decorate the room, no landline service line available in room, unhygienic washroom, rood staff, I dropped room key in the gap of elevator they charged me 1200/- for 900/- door lock. Don't waste time and money in this hotel...

Very poor, dirty, pethetic conditon of rooms, tv not working, booked a suite but was in worse condition. Sofa, carpet was placed there name sake, in bathroom the tape are broken, dirty n comod seat are dirty. Behiaviour of staff is very painful. In place of this hotel better to stay on railway plateform. One star given that's also not need to give. This is starless hotel, services.

It is an international hotel by name, but there is no maintenance, everything about the hotel is useless, there is no cleanliness, it is named international hotel just for money, I will never go to this hotel again. It's not even worth giving a star,In fact all the money is useless if you go to this hotel.

DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL! (06/11/2024) [There was lots of cockroaches in every room of the hotel. No proper cleanliness in the rooms, no clean bedsheets. Due to which we have to change 3-4 rooms at night.] [At the time of check in they asks for deposit 2000 but when you check out they do not return it back, they make excuses.] [There is issue of electricity in every room due to which there was a short circuit in my charger and other electric appliances which stop working after!] [No proper services, they have only made the reception area good to attract people but the rooms are very bad in condition.] VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Had a very bad experience. Service is not good, WiFi not working, Rooms are ok but toliets are not clean, no geyser facility do not get hot water for bath. Main door rooms are very old and locks are not working properly. Toliet door not maintained.
