Review of Hotel Park Lane My experience at Hotel Park Lane during a recent family tour was far from satisfactory. Although the hotel has some basic facilities, several issues made it a less-than-ideal choice for our stay. One of the main drawbacks of Hotel Park Lane is its pricing. The hotel felt a little overpriced for what it offers. When we inquired about a discount, they offered only a small reduction, despite our attempts to negotiate. This lack of flexibility in pricing, especially when there are more affordable and better-maintained options nearby, was disappointing. For the price we paid, we expected better facilities and more attention to guest comfort. Hygiene was another area where the hotel fell short. While the room appeared generally clean, there were several areas that could have used more attention. For instance, the bathroom felt slightly unkempt, with some fixtures showing signs of wear and neglect. The overall cleanliness was only "so-so," which was not acceptable for a hotel charging higher rates. The lift was another point of concern. Although it was functional, it was incredibly small and cramped, which made it uncomfortable, especially when traveling with luggage or a family. It felt outdated and didn't match the standard you'd expect from a hotel at this price range. A more modern or larger lift would have improved the overall experience. One of the most frustrating aspects was the lack of essential amenities like Wi-Fi. In this day and age, especially when staying at a hotel, free Wi-Fi is a basic necessity. Unfortunately, Hotel Park Lane didn't offer this, which made it inconvenient for us to stay connected, especially since we were on a family trip and needed to coordinate plans. Similarly, the TV in the room was available, but the cable recharge had not been done, rendering it useless for the duration of our stay. Another downside was the lack of dining facilities within the hotel. There is no in-house restaurant or even a small cafe, so we had to rely on nearby dhabas for meals. While the dhabas offered local food, the dining experience wasn't ideal for a family looking for comfort and convenience. It would have been much better if the hotel had at least some basic dining options available for guests, especially during meal times. The hotel is also located quite far from the main city, which could be a downside for travelers looking to explore the local attractions. Additionally, being near the national highway made the surroundings noisy, with constant traffic sounds disturbing the peace and quiet one might expect from a hotel stay. Lastly, the staff were not particularly supportive or attentive. We didn't feel that our concerns or requests were met with enthusiasm or helpfulness. Service could definitely have been improved, as we encountered a lack of hospitality and responsiveness, which made our stay less enjoyable. In conclusion, Hotel Park Lane didn't meet our expectations for a family tour. Between the high prices, poor maintenance, lack of amenities, and unhelpful staff, it's difficult to recommend this hotel. While it might suit those passing through or looking for a quick stop near the highway, it's not a place I would choose for a longer stay or for families seeking comfort, convenience, and value for money.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 5 am. We got to the hotel super early, and I didn't want to wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check-in to the cleaning staff, was delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues. Good and affordable place to stay for travellers. It's very much near to highway Highly friendly staff. Would certainly recommend this place for people staying on a budget. Rooms were neat and bathroom were clean.

Very near to highway. Nice clean rooms. We just stayed overnight as we were travelling. Not sure, but I guess no restaurant at this hotel. Please check.
