Hotel Park Continental

The staff is nice and friendly. The room was cleaned daily, but I was still not satisfied. There are several points of criticism: 1. The water in the sink overflow doesn't drain and emits a foul odor. This is also due to the design of the sink. 2. The bathroom is in dire need of renovation. 3. Some ceiling lights were broken or missing. 4. The cockroach problem in my room and the restaurant needs to be addressed urgently. 5. The kitchen staff should have the buffet completely ready by breakfast time; cereal and knives were only available upon request. 6. Given these shortcomings, the price of more than 5,500 INR/60 Euro is unjustified. Otherwise, it was okay, and the staff was extremely friendly.

I had checked out from this hotel earlier than supposed to, cause I was too disgusted to stay. They don't understand what clean is and the rooms lacks maintenance. Sheets and towels are not white and bathroom has a lot of mold in between the tiles, so I did not even take a shower. They offered me another room yesterday soon after check in bit that one was even worse with stains on the bed linen. They would offer me another option in the afternoon but I did not have my hopes up and after a bad night of sleep, I just left. They don't really admit the rooms are not clean or take their responsibility, since they did not want to refund the nights I did not stay. Be aware before booking this hotel!!!

I had the worst experience staying at this hotel. I paid 10,000, and it was absolutely not worth it. The staff does not care at all--they don't give a damn no matter what. The room was not tidy, and even after requesting a single toothpaste 100 times, I waited the whole day with no response. The hotel looks good from the outside, but don't be fooled. There were no towels, no coffee kits, and zero room service. Had to check out early..It was a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy. Stay away!

The hotel was good from outside but rooms were not clean. The sheets were untidy and stained. When we asked them to change them the staff refused. The bathroom had a cigarette butt when we entered ..all the room smelled of cigarette smoke when we opened it. The smoke didnt leave the room due to central ac. The stay was very uncomfortable. We asked for a mattress and it was so uneven that entire cotton was missing from a part . More importantly the room was infested with cockroaches and other small insects to which the staff completely stayed ignorant

Stayed here from 16 to 17 April 2025. The Rooms were spacious and clean. The place is our regular at Hyderabad. Good location bang at the city center.

Absolutely disgusting place Had to switch rooms multiple times and get a room thoroughly cleaned before staying. Service is non existent, they don't have the basics. Checked out earlier than what was booked as it was just that bad

really very bad experience. hotel did not provide extra mattress after requesting so many times. next day they provide matters but it was really bad and torned. Manager's behaviour is very rude. and there breakfast specially really very bad and cold. they provide RAAT KA BACHA HUA KHANA. I suggest everyone not to stay here at any cost. Really very bad service. Very costly but zero service

The service at this hotel is pathetic. The staff are extremely rude, especially Mr. Naveen Kumar. He lacks any hospitality skills, and I wonder who even hired him. You have to call them repeatedly for 10 minutes if you need any room service. The hot water kettle they provide is filthy and appears to have been unwashed for days. Even the staff who covers the night shift have zero etiquettes, overall I would rate this place minus since that's not possible here's the one star. The management should train their employees on hospitality. Never going back to this place again.
