Location is good near to Nehru orr Staff is too good and polite with a smile they welcome and serve you even in the early morning hours. Food I'm not sure but the morning tea was very good and fresh and clean cups and plates Rooms are spacious and airy good working appliances and wifi Last and most important price is too good and competative

Worst hotel, continuously getting powercut, hotel service team answering rudely, i suggested to call the electricity lineman about this powercut issue, hotel receptionist said we can't do anything daily like this only will be powercut. Don't come to this hotel....

It's situated beside the Mumbai Highway at Isnapur. Rooms are quite big enough to accommodate three persons in a double bed room. You will get 24x7 drinking water on each floor, no need to call the reception over & over again for water, it's a self service & uninterrupted WiFi & AC also . The behaviour of the reception guys is really appreciable. But they don't have a restaurant, but veg & nonveg eateries are very nearby.

Hotel Pankaj Palace, Isnapur, Hyderabad - Stay Review Date of Stay: 18th to 20th Jan 2024 I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Pankaj Palace in Isnapur, Hyderabad, from the 18th to the 20th of January 2024. I am sharing my thoughts and experiences during my stay. It is entirely personal and has nothing to do with any other person. After getting the phone number from the website, I booked my room over the phone with Mr. Manohar. I paid a token of advance money for the confirmation. The check-in/check-out process was very easy. They have the option of early check-in (usual check-in, 12 pm) and late check-out (usual check-out, 12 pm). The front desk staff, Mr. Manoj Rawal and Mr. Manohar, were very welcoming and helpful. Even Mr. Manoj enquired about my check-in over the phone before I reached the hotel, ensuring the room's conformity. I booked an Executive Family AC Room and was pleased with the overall quality and comfort. The room had amenities like a TV, Wi-Fi, AC, Cupboards, a tea table, and Chairs. The toilet was small but clean and well maintained with a mirror, hanger, and cold/hot water facility. The hotel staff/boys (Mr Manoj, Mr Manohar, Narender, Bibek, Shivam, and Cleaning Ammas) demonstrated excellent customer service throughout my stay. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's location in Isnapur was convenient for my needs. It is right on the Hyderabad-Mumbai NH-9 Highway. In summary, my stay at Hotel Pankaj Palace was positive overall. I recommend this hotel for travellers, either single or with family. While my stay was generally positive, there is room for improvement in the speed of service in delivering the food. However, they don't have a kitchen facility, but they arrange it from outside. Also, the Wi-Fi speed can be improved slightly for a better work experience. I would rate my stay on a scale of 4 out of 5. I appreciate the hospitality of the Hotel Pankaj Palace staff and the pleasant experience they provided during my stay. I would consider staying here again in the future.
