Hotel Panchratan

We've been enjoying food at Panchratan hotel/restaurant for more than 3 decades. Food is always tasty and this will reamin one of our go to places. Ambiance and service can improve.

Stayed here during a family tirp last year. Pros: Proximity to Kacheguda Railway Station. Very easy to find a ride via Ola, Uber, and the like. Helpful service staff. The owners, contrary to what many other reviews say, weren't very rude to us. Cons: Nowhere near being a three star hotel. Rooms are clean but barely so - there were stains on towels, for instance. Owner is perhaps a tax cheat as he insists on cash payment.

Food was very tasty as I have never had such type of veg food 1. Starters Gobi Manchuria and the paneer chilli both were very tasty and must try 2. Masala kulcha, aalu parantha and paneer taktak curry all are good in taste 3. Pancharatna spl biryani includes paneer and kaju in biryani, I never ever tasted such delicious veg biryani in Hyderabad

I am amaze to see they don't allow local customers for hotel stay. The receptionist says locals cannot book stay in their hotel and they would require non local ID proof to book a room. Not sure where the receptionist got this information from looks like he is not from India.

Room charge is taken in cash only. Partial advance and full settlement on checkout only. The restaurant has a UPI payment option. The room is booked through an offline call or WhatsApp. This hotel is not listed anywhere. The hotel is located in a happening place near to Kachiguda railway station and opposite to a movie theatre.

Service was fast, food was below average. It's seriously waste of money. We ordered nearly 4 to 6 items none was authentic or to the mark in taste. Few years before the food was good here but not now.

Clean rooms, reasonable room prices and reasonable prices for food items. They have their own veg restaurant and also room service for the same, impressive food taste and hospitality from the property side. Close to metro station, good parking space and good staff behaviour. Overall good. Must stay!

Hii, we ordered butter Roti, paneer taka tak curry, and thay special panchratan biryani, cooldrink, the taste was osaam it's very nice quality, quantity, hignick wall maintained, customer service is also fast nice, overall we are satisfied from this panchratan restaurant, it's lockaded opp, to vankadramna theater, near to kachiguda railway station, Hyderabad, telangana,,
