Hotel O R Square Near LB Nagar Metro Station

Have stayed here last month. Was very dissatisfied with the management. THE BEDSHEETS WERE NOT CLEAN AND I COULD SEE THE DIRT ON IT!. The bedsheets were turned over so that from outside they would look clean. Stinky lobby. But was convinced with the staff behaviour as they were very polite. So recommended a friend of mine who recently stayed. The check in was at midnight within the reservation period, but they have asked for 500 and didn't give a receipt. They were ladies too and upon intimating the staff about the cleanliness they weren't responsive to that. Had a very bad experience. Thank you for the treatment!

The towel, chair cushion were very dirty and were stinking. There was no any ventilation in my room. The room was odourful. And above all, the tap water finished at night and didn't come till 5:30 a.m. and they had also not given any helpline no. when tried to contact the manager, they didn't receive the call also. This was really a bad experience staying in this hotel.

The hotel ambience was poor. Bedsheets are dirty. They tried to hide the dirt by turning over the bedsheets. The assistants or bell boys are unclean and dont know the local language. Outside food is not allowed..but it doesnt mean that they have a kitchen . They bring the food from outside too. Poor serving of food. Very bad service. Entrance is through basement and the lobby is filthy too. Not suitable for families or ladies.

We booked a Deluxe suite. I have attached photos of the room below. The room doesn't even deserve one star. Cockroaches and ants in the entire room, on bed, on table. No bathroom accessories, the doormat was cleaner than the towel. NO VENTILATION. Not a single window or a vent to let the air in/out. Flush doesn't work. Room service is non existent. By far the worst hotel I checked into, DON'T VISIT.

Location was good, Room is spacious...the only thing which I don't like is that their service. We have to call them again and again for room service, tea etc. Service is so slow. We ordered lunch at 2.30 and they served us at 4.30 after calling many times. But honestly food was so tasty. I am giving 2 star just because of food taste and location.

DON'T EVEN THINK OF STAYING FOR EVEN A DAY. Very very poor and worst hotel I have ever seen. Rooms are very very dirty Bedsheets aren't clean Walls are not clean Washrooms are not clean Flush doesn't work Management is rude in providing alternative, asking customer to talk to OYO since we made booking online. Dude if we make a direct booking, i won't even dare to stay in this hotel. No proper response from Staff Service.

Located beside bar. So you have to be careful. Rooms are absolutely conjusted. Fans and switch boards will not work. Reception will not respond easily. No proper service. No customer satisfaction. Heavily overpriced for the quality of room provided. Just in one word skip away this hotel. Skip away oyo completely.
