Hotel O Diamond Park

They deserve stars in minus. They room service is pathetic, they only want money but service is zero. They can't even provide basic service like water in a tap, lock doesn't work washrooms are not even clean. I stay with my parents for 2 days for simple requirement we need to go to reception they don't pick the call and In AC rooms AC doesn't work. It was pathetic experience. I visited Hyderabad very first time and I never thought I got that bad experience

Absolutely Terrible Experience -- Never Again! If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I had booked my room a day in advance, received confirmation, and even called ahead to reconfirm but no response yet when I arrived, they told me they were sold out. No apology, no effort to fix the problem -- just a cold "nothing we can do." The management here is absolutely appalling. Unprofessional, disorganized, and completely indifferent to their guests' needs. They overbook without any accountability, and when you're left stranded without a room, they couldn't care less. No alternative arrangements, no compensation -- nothing but attitude. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and clearly had no authority to help. Management hid behind them instead of stepping up. It's clear this place only cares about taking your money -- not about providing even the most basic service they promise. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to experience a nightmare stay -- or no stay at all. I would like you to suggest that guys don't visit this Hotel and If you want to visit this you can take your own risk.

Worst Hotel. No Light in room. No cleaning. Lift not working. No window. The worst hotel, I had seen.

I had the best experience at (Hotel diamond park,madhapur, hyd). Their exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms, and safe and secure environment were the best parts. Thank you so much for making my trip memorable.

Overall, I had a great experience with the (HOTEL DIAMOND PARK),Madhapur staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.

Never never never book the room. Worst service. The owner leaves all good comments but don't trust. Even rating 1 is also high for these rooms. AC won't work. Zero response. Uncleanliness rooms. Cockroaches in the room.

I will rate this hotel negative points if there is an option.. The worst OYO i have ever visited. All the positivity reviews are paid reviews no one will ever rate this place 5 star They said good service there were 3 to 4 people but no one will help u any thing. I informed priorly i need early checkin they said ok but when i went to that place they just said we Don't have Rooms. After sometime they told we can give you non Ac room if you need early checkin till 11:30am. I agreed for it they asked me to pay 1000 rupees for 4 hours i got confused normally every oyo will charge 30% but they are demanding. They did not give even a soap or water bottle. There were so many in reception but they are not providing it. I payed complete amount at advance 3000 for 2 days. After checkin i call reception to bring paste and shampoo they told me there is shop in 50meters you can go down and bring. About Rooms we can see dust and spider webs all around the room its like haunted room. Smell in those rooms were worst.
