Hotel O Alpine glow Zenith

This is one of the worst ever room I have ever visited zero in cleanliness ,fed up with the service and the staff and receptionist were very rude! My checkout time is 12pm according to app but those arrogant people were forcing us to move by 11 Am or else extra pay! Very bad service with Oyo and Agoda app, why they are suggesting such cheap hotels to the customer! It's really a bad day !!!

"DISAPPOINTED to the core!" worst experience of my life...A total disaster...The room was pathetic...unhygienic... A total nightmare... I would never suggest anyone for this hotel as ppl gonna waste their money & time... The pictures shown in the website are totally different from what we have witnessed after getting the room... In the pictures the rooms were so clean hygienic & spacious but in reality it's a total disaster...Room was unclean compact congested & TV in it doesn't work as the dish TV is deactivated.... Even after telling them in advance about the cleaning part they didn't do it... The bed sheets were not clean, one can easily see the stains on it pillow cover were also torn ones But the guy was saying its neat & clean!...And if I talk about the washroom it's so horrible & it stinks badly... One can not even sit in there for 2mins...ONE CAN ONLY REGRET after coming here!!! So better be away!

The overall experience was worse than using a public restroom. The linen were dirty, torn and burnt. The walls were very dirty, with hand and shoe print and pan masala marks in every corner. The exhaust and light was not working in the washroom. And when I recorded a video of the room, I found a cockroach roaming around the bed. And the worst of all, very rude and arrogant staff who taunted us and said he won't refund us no matter what as 30 minutes had passed. Key point here being there was no power when we reached. :/

The worst ever experience I had with any hotel in my life. I booked through goibibo and when I reached the manager informed that he cannot offer the room as the rate is too less. I had to struggle with my kids and wife and had a long wait till the problem got sorted out and he allowed me to check in. (I'll give a review about Goibibo separately"). The manager gave a temporary room to freshen up and then we left to the place we wanted to go with a condition that he will give two good rooms upon return and I'll pay any extra amount if the agent is not paying the hotel. I returned by night and was given another two rooms. The rooms are in horrible condition. Room 1. The only positive thing is a good AC. All others are cons Small room No window No Table No mirror even in the bathroom Pathetic bath room No toilietry supply No Towel at all No key for the room Bath room is with all around glass window and curtain. See the pic. You will be literally offering a show to the public on road, if the curtain is not proper It's not properly cleaned after it's built. See the pics of wash basin and Closet. The health faucet is leaking and will flash all over your body if you open the angle cock. No place to hang clothes in the bathroom other than a small hook which is sticked on to the door Most funny part is the bath door cannot be locked from inside as well as outside as the locks are faulty. I had to stuff a plastic carry bag between door frame and door to keep it closed. The linen are all so dirty. I don't think it's washed for long I found that no towles are provided and I requested the staff to give and he was abusing telling that laundry has not come. After a few arguments he brought one and I told I need one more as the second room also didn't have any. He gave it with great difficulty and I could see towles in the store when he took one from the room Till late night there were lot of talks going on out side my room. In the morning, I understood that the two staff were sleeping just outside my room and they were talking. I asked why toiletries are not provided I was told that you never asked. Second room also was more or less the same except for the fact that it's bathroom lacked glass window facility. It had a mirror in the bath and see the figure attached where you can understand that it's not even wiped once after it's installation. The chair cushion, the pillow covers, the bed sheet and all the things are so dirty too as seen in the pic. The strange part I observed is that they don't give you room key and we will have to latch it with auto lock when we go out. Collect the key from counter and open when we return. Second morning when I returned after breakfast the fellow at the counter was asking me whether I gave key or not? Then he found it and gave it and was commanding me to give it back immediately. The same guy was abusing my younger child as he had to cross the way where he was mopping to go to the second room given to us. As I didn't book directly with them I'll see if I can do something with Goibibo who gave me this booking and all the trouble

Room is horrible. Dirty bed sheets , pillow covers . Bathroom neatness is very poor and all are rusted and leaking.. No mirror in the room.

We get what we pay for. 600 per night geyser in bath room, didn't use AC, Could feel the spring of mattress, I don't want to comment on the situation of pillow covers, sheets and bathroom

One of the waste hotel in city waste room waste management waste staff they are rude don't know how to handle with guests and rude behaviour of receptionist waste place every thing is waste here plz highy recommend not to visit this place
