Hotel New Platinum Malakpet

Don't book this hotel through OYO. They are no more taking bookings through OYO. Booking through OYO are invalid. Don't make advance payment through OYO, you will loose that money. Good about this hotel : Located at nice place. Has an elevator/lift to reach reception and rooms. Bad about this hotel : 1. Bed sheets were dirty 2. Payment either through cash or UPI, and no debit/credit card. 3. No geyser in the bathroom. They said, solar water heater. We stayed here on 25th Dec 2022 to 26th Dec 2022, full hot sunny days. But we never got the hot water. 4. AC on/off switch is only at the reception counter. Remote not provided to us. 5. When we checked-in, no water in taps. Has to wait for almost 30 minutes to get water in taps , ever after several reminders to hotel staff. 6. We paid Rs. 1300 in cash, for a day/night stay and realized, it is not worth for that money. 7. No complimentary toiletries (soap), no water bottles. They sell 1 ltr packaged drinking water bottle for Rs. 30, which you can get it for Rs. 20, in outside shop. 8. Window curtain doesn't covers whole window. 9. Bathroom ventilator glass panes are fixed, with good amount of gap. Which can make outsider from adjacent buildings to have a clear view of bathroom inside.

The hotel is too bad the ac won't work and rooms stink and staff wont do anything expect for nearby metro hotel is so bad

Worst experience i had here Rooms are smaller in size Bathroom Windows are completely transparent to next building That was horrible No proper maintenance about room In this hotel we r not able to watch at least local regional channels also, only free channels are coming in TV Room Boy was very careless nad always chewing some pan or other else An extra amount Rs.500 demanded to check in Only one room is bigger out of 10-12 rooms in that lodge I personally suggest that you don't choose this for couples and family

Room space was quiet enough but bedsheets were dirty, patches, torn, wash room was dirty ..... I'm not happy with this visit to this room....
