Banquet hall worst experience,Decoratio they put one word was dameged and colour shaden, AC was not good on stage no ac no propre cooler,the lady manager behaviour was rude,we ordered 200 plates but only 140 plates used there was somuch of food exess we asked to pack some biryani but they gave only 2 biryani remaining they have taken to restaurent and some they packed for themselfe,and they told we packed sir but the mis guided me and given 2 biryani and remaining veg items,and it is very bad,water botteles no cool they served,be careful when you booked this one

Worst food not in good quality even no quality check, I don't prefer this branch for any kind of food. I just had butter chicken but it's too much odour and not able to eat. I left out without eating food.

I recently visited Kirana Grand and had a mixed experience. The ambiance was quite good, providing a pleasant dining atmosphere. Exceptional Service at a Budget-Friendly Stay I stayed here for a night and was pleasantly surprised! The hotel may be on the older side, but it's clean, well-maintained, and offers a comfortable experience. What really stood out to me, though, was the outstanding service. From the smooth check-in to the attentive staff, every interaction was top-notch. The food was also a delightful surprise--delicious and far better than I expected at this price. Another bonus is the convenient parking. If you're looking for an affordable, welcoming place with excellent service, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

Today visited ordered mutton special biryani...i don't know the smell of rice ,the quality of mutton also not good,mainly onion are put in the fridge and when I am eating that's was cool .... Totally worthless for that price.

Attended a function today, food was tasty but waiters are treating guests as beggars if you ask for more food they are changing their expressions so that you cannot go again

Worst customer service waiting for almost 50 minutes toget our food still waiting always 2 minutes, i won'tbe coming here anymore. Nobody care. Find some other restaurants.
