The hotel's location was perfect--close to major attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. I especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which made my stay even more enjoyable. I needed to stay at Hyderabad for a few nights and searched online. Initially, I was skeptical at the reviews but went ahead as the location was convenient for my visit. However, once I was at the Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm staff, clean rooms and meticulously curated (and tasty) menu, which made my stay extremely comfortable. It was a great first impression during the telephonic enquiry and advance booking process with Mr. Ranjith, Mr. Sampath. The front office were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, Mr. Nagraj, Mr. Shyam, always went the extra mile to ensure my comfort. Also helped me to build my day iternary for sightseejng places. The service staff is also very quick to cater to any seevice request. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with all the modern amenities one could need. Last but not the least, I especially enjoyed the delicious and stumptous breakfast buffet and the high level of service at the restaurant staff. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. One of the Best hotels to stay in Jubilee Hills! Was here only for a few hours and the service was unmatched. The food is also very appetizing and hygienic! Highly recommended
