Hotel Jaya International

Maintainance of room is poor. Room is dirty. Over all cleanliness of room is poor. Pillow is very painful. No towel, no soap, no drinking water provided/ available in room. No battery in remote of TV in room, TV is not working, door of washroom is damaged/broken at bottom. Phone Charging point is defective.

The staff doesn't work perfectly at this hotel. Stayed before but had very bad experience last time when I wanted to stay. The staff told me on call that the rooms are available and would keep one reserved for me but when I reached there, they just ditched me and said rooms aren't available.

Earlier the hotel was pretty good but now it is becoming worse. No proper maintenance of rooms and washrooms. All the lights inside the room are not working. Cockroaches are present inside washrooms.

Not worthy in Rs.1700 for non AC rooms, bathroom tiles broken, seems owners don't give a damn in gud services , 1700 is a gud amount, fan seems works on 3rd point only, not worthy for 1700 seriously.

The rooms are old and worn off , most of the airconditioner are not in working condition, TV not with proper channels, wify not available for guest , overall I regret staying there with my group ,

Rooms are good but reception guy is very rude and mannerless . They force u to buy food from there hotel and he shouts and talks to everyone in such mannerless tone . No hot water during night time and stil they charge so high

disappointment would be an understatement of what we went through, there should honestly be an option for 0 star. The room service doesn't even exist here, no proper maintenance, they remember how to get back the money but not to check if the room is clean for the next customer? Don't even get me started on the bathroom, the exhaust doesn't work, the beds are infested by bed bugs. An overall 0/5 don't recommend this even to a worst enemy.

Third class hotel. They should change the name not international it's supposed to be local lodge. No water no WiFi no tv that guy on front desk very rude.
