The dining options are impressive, with two restaurants to choose from: 'Once Upon a Time' for buffet enthusiasts and 'Tulips' for those preferring a la carte. Room service is also top-notch. Sometimes, the quietest people leave the deepest impressions. During my recent 15-day stay at Hotel Greenpark, Hyderabad, I had the privilege of meeting Sitamma, the TEAM LEAD assigned to our rooms. Every day, without fanfare, Sitamma would ensure that everything was not just clean--but cared for. Fresh linens, spotless spaces, thoughtful gestures for my family -- all done with such quiet dedication that it felt less like service, and more like a mother looking after her home. She never missed a detail. She never needed to be reminded. Her work spoke volumes about her pride, discipline, and genuine warmth. In a world rushing for speed, Sitamma reminded me that care still has no shortcuts. It's in the small touches that true hospitality shines. Nice food spread. They had every variety for my family. Good hospitality by the staff. Have been visiting Greenpark for the past 20 years and I have never got bored as they keep on improving. Hoping to visit their new restaurant Once Upon a Time very soon.

Sitamma...the great lady who took great care of my family during the 15 days stay in this property. All services are great and a good place to stay and enjoy hospitality. Many times I have been staying solo or with family. The services are same and of a great quality.

The restaurant "Once Upon A Time" is our favourite place to go to and we visit very often. This time we hosted a getogether for ugadi and the service was good , food as usual was really good and we enjoyed ourselves. A special shout out to the well trained and committed staff -Mr. Nagarjuna, Mr. Vishal and the ever helpful Manager Mr. Srinivas. Keep up the courteousness !!

I stayed at Hotel Green Park, Hyderabad, for the past 10-12 days, and I must say my New Year turned out to be a delightful surprise, all thanks to the hotel's exceptional hospitality! The hotel arranged a special dinner buffet for its guests, and I was absolutely amazed by the variety and quality of the food. From the live counters to the meticulously curated dishes, everything was incredible. The flavors, the presentation, and the freshness of the food truly stood out. The staff deserves a big round of applause for their impeccable service and helpful nature. They ensured every guest felt welcomed and well-attended. The chefs deserve special recognition for crafting such a delicious and diverse menu--it was a feast to remember! Whether you're a foodie or just looking for a place with excellent hospitality, Hotel Green Park will not disappoint. Stayed at Greenpark, Hyderabad for a couple of days. The rooms were clean and good except for the smoke smell coming in from the wash rooms in the morning. Breakfast was good. But one thing that left a bad taste was the in dining.... I had ordered for a veg pasta and it was delivered super super spicy that I couldn't eat it at all (I tolerate spice fairly well). I immediately informed the in dining and informed them... I declined a replacement as it was too late already. The next day morning I was handed the bill for the good without an iota of regret which was not waived even after reminding them of the incident. Very pathetic customer service.... This is not the way service Industry works!!

The restaurants, chefs and service staff are extraordinary. Gita was helpful during our long stay - Jagdish with his smiling face and Satya eager to get anything that we need helped us a lot !! ||Thanks to the whole team and would highly recommend for long stay and vacations.
