Hotel Grand Swagath

Visited many times with friends and families. The taste and quality of the food is not at all compromised. Evening is the best time to enjoy the ambience and road side view in this hotel. Apart from the biryani of paradise, this is the hotel which is offering the tasty biryani. For corporate employees, they will provide discount on the food charges. This review is based on the service provided by them for more than three years. We have been visiting regularly.

Very bad service that was un memorable talk with customer and did not respond anyone

Nothing grand about the hotel as the name said.... such a worst staff and they don't even give us the order properly such level of illiterate are working there...I would like to starve to death rather than eat at such places... food is the worst thing all and the water bottles are refilled and being used wish any food inspector would take up the complaint and seize this restaurant. You can visit if you want to puke yourselves

Starters are good. Biryani is not spicy at all here. Too much or vat and service charges. Prefer take away. Free Delivery available for oprders above 300bucks or so in and around 3-4kms. Good to hang out with friends and family. Need to improve a lot. Take feedback for imrovement.

Although the hotel staff is good, there has been a lot of problems of hygiene that I observed. Housekeeping was not done on regular basis, till you request it for.. Toilet was not cleaned even after the housekeeping. Bedsheet was not changed in 9 days I stayed there. Bath towel was not changed/cleaned for 9 days. Room service was very much slow. Food was not as much as good, once I ordered veg biryani and found chicken pieces in that.. I suggest all vegetarians not to have food in that hotel. These are some little things what I experienced in 9days, otherwise hotel is good. ;)

Worst experience..no hygiene at all..i went to this hotel with family on a weekend and washrooms were very dirty- look at the picture, nowadays public toilets were way better than these..regarding this issue i politely reached to the hotel staff they didn't gave a damn at all. Food was okay okay, service was very slow due to some other functions ongoing it seems. Waiters doesn't understand local language at all.. considering all these i would say please not to choose this restaurant if you don't want to spoil your weekend mood. Hit like if it helps..thank you.

I want for marriage function. Locaris excellent. Food is good. Car parking in cellar is smelling. Function hall was big enough. But wash room are worst.
