Hotel Grand Himayat

We had a wonderful and phenomenal experience that triggered exuberance, ecstasy, and euphoria. The ambiance, lobby, rooms, and services were impeccable and immaculate. The location is great, as it is in the vicinity of all the facilities. The greatest advantage is that there are the legendary Paradise biryani and Minerva Cafe. The hospitality personnel are very courteous, friendly, professional, and affable. They even make menial requests with great alacrity. All the personnel take up the stewardship as if they owned the hotel. We strongly recommend as the rooms are very luxurious and comfortable.

Full stars and ratings for the location of the hotel and value-for-money experience. Located right in the middle of the market place behind KFC in Himayat Nagar. You can literally just step out of the hotel and be welcomed by shops for everything and anything ranging from food, clothes, footwear, accessories etc. The service is also good with the staff attending to room service requests with promptness. Can stay with family here for a good experience without burning a hole in your pocket.

I stayed with my family in Suite room of this hotel for 5 days. The rooms are quite big and spacious. The service is very poor. It has not cleaned properly. The first day the breakfast was good, but later it is not worth. People are good, but very lazy. Not at all value for money. Hello management, please do something on cleanliness and service. You have built a very good hotel, it is in right place but above thing will make your customer unhappy and they will not come again.

It's a not very well maintained place. Looks nothing like the pictures. However location is good. 1. The only cover half of the bed, where you can see with bedsheets. Sheets were not fresh 2. There is no ventilation or fan in the room. AC is centralized and surprisingly it stops working between 2-5 am. Even if you adjust temp or turn off and on the AC, no effect. Seems could be they turn of off. Not sure. We stayed for 3 days and exact same time this happened. 3. There is no restaurant 4. It is within a mall only on floor 6 and 7 5. Bathrooms are poorly maintained. Especially as there is no ventilation. First room we got had a broken toilet, followed by which we requested a to shift. DONOT get deceived by the photos shared, those I belong could be clicked long back.

This hotel is such a scam please don't book online it looks old and poor hospitality . 1)The staff in reception I guess gets commission for people coming to them directly so they always look down on customers who book through online . 2) toilets are Roach infested so Becareful keep your bags closed or you'll be sending the infestation to your home . 3) Online booking it says breakfast included then when you actually go to the restaurant they rejected saying it wasn't in the booking ,extremely RUDE. 4)Their so called king size beds aren't king size they are Queen size or smaller so please don't fall for it they have a male and a female receptionist both of them are not helpful and say the same lies . 5) somehow they have good reviews that's why I went but please don't fall for it book in some other hotel .for 3.4k no breakfast nor king size bed only free cockroach infestation.also lol they charge for the dental kit which is free in all hotels forever

Worst hotel i ever stayed. Rooms are below average and too costly. Staff attitude is not at all from. We had issues with booking and the Manager lady was so rude and later when we checked out in the night they again created scene and asked us to pay extra. We have paid weather was available on oyo but they were asking to pay extra since their website was showing different amount. Never visiting this place again. Also is a very old hotel and the photos they showcase is not at all even close to the reality. Please dont prefer this hotel and save your money.
