Hotel Devi Grand

We visited Hotel Devi Grand Hibis last week for our visit to Devi Maa Temple. We were given a good room which was comfortable and clean. We did have an issue with noisy neighbours but the staff took immediate cognizance of the issue and resolved this. A special shoutout to the Restaurant staff. They provided absolutely great service to me and my spouse. Empathetic and sensitive to our needs. We were taken care like family members by the staff. I will revisit Katra and stay in Hotel Devi Grand Hibis again in the future. Thank you for your service and we will meet again.

Service is nice and the staff is very cooperative. Food also is very good. They made jain food even when informed late. Overall nice experience.

They promised to cook in Kaju grevy... But ended up in onion grevy inspite pre order... One of worst food ever had in Banquets in my life time... Avoid this Hotel

Worst hotel management ever!! Rooms are full of cockroaches and washrooms are worst, don't know why they kept exhaust in bathroom.no house keeping. Overall Zero rating out of hundred hotel in moosapet

We have secured a splendid hall for the engagement ceremony. It is an exquisite venue, perfect for intimate gatherings, offering impeccable amenities and delectable cuisine. The banquet halls available can graciously accommodate a range of guests, from 100 to an impressive 200 individuals. The ambiance is delightful, creating an enchanting atmosphere for any occasion. Situated on the main road, this venue is easily accessible to all. However, it is worth noting that the parking facility may be insufficient. Nevertheless, the service provided by the well-mannered staff is exceptional. They are prompt in their duties, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests. Regarding the culinary offerings, the food is of decent quality, although not extraordinary. Nevertheless, considering the price charged, it is indeed a worthwhile deal. The hotel itself is reasonably priced, and they offer an excellent package. Furthermore, this venue also provides accommodation facilities. The rooms are equipped with all the essential amenities and are meticulously maintained. In conclusion, I highly recommend this venue, as it is a remarkable choice within the vicinity.

Do not go by the reviews. They are the worst management ever. Money minded people. Only cash is accepted and AC wont work. They give false reasons for AC issues.. u will suffer in summers. Only food is good.. rest evrything is cheap tactics.. dont prefer this.. Dirty washrooms with no water also..

Two mini banquet halls available 2nd and 1st floor.remaining all rooms good atmosphere service was very fast and good. Food items and catering taste was not upto mark.its above average Totally good.
