We hosted an event at the Abinand Grand Banquet Halls. The location is very favorable as it's right next to a Metro Station. Valet Parking was available and was seamless. Two evelators were available and were quick. The walkways were decent and well maintained. The large event Hall itself is great for about 200 people and the halls are considerably new. The food and service was very decent. The price was economical too. Definitely worth considering for events in the area.

Pricing: The pricing for the event was quite reasonable, especially considering the location and services offered. It provided great value for the cost, making it a good option for hosting events. Decor: While the decor person was a bit on the pricier side, he did have valid reasons for the rates, which made the investment justifiable. The decor itself was well-done and matched the theme of the event, adding to the overall ambiance of the celebration. Staff Service: The staff at Hotel Abhinand Grand were exceptionally responsive throughout the event. From the valet parking attendants to the event manager, everyone was attentive and ensured that everything ran smoothly. Special thanks to Prem and Murali, who went above and beyond to assist with all the requirements and make sure the event was a success. Their professionalism and warm hospitality were highly appreciated. Food: One of the standout features of the event was the food. The catering was fantastic, with all dishes being incredibly tasty and prepared exactly as per our instructions. Every item was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were spot-on. The chefs clearly paid attention to detail, ensuring that the food matched our preferences, and it was a hit among the guests. Key Observations: 1. Complementary Room: The complementary room provided to us was a bit disappointing. While it was cleaned once the issue was raised, there was an unpleasant odor that was hard to ignore initially. It would be great if the hotel could maintain the room's condition better to avoid such situations. 2. AC in the Room: The air conditioning in the complementary room wasn't very effective, making the room feel a bit uncomfortable, especially when it was hot outside. Ensuring proper maintenance of the ACs would enhance the comfort of the rooms. 3. Catering and Naan Service: The butter naan provided as a complimentary item for our catering was a nice touch and was appreciated by everyone. However, it would have been better if it had been served at the beginning of the event, rather than towards the end. Timing is key, and having it at the start would have ensured the guests enjoyed it fresh and hot. Conclusion: Overall, Hotel Abhinand Grand offers great service, good value for the pricing, and a responsive team. Despite some minor issues with the complementary room and the timing of the naan service, the experience was positive. I would recommend this hotel for hosting events and look forward to returning in the future.
