Highway Grand Residency

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and do not recommend it. Rooms: We booked a suite room for 3600/- expecting comfort and quality, but it was far from satisfactory. The suite included a king-sized bed in one room, an attached washroom, another bed, and a 3+2 seater sofa. However, the room was unbearably stinky, with a persistent cigarette smell that never went away. To make matters worse, the room was infested with bugs, which made our stay even more unpleasant. The hot water system was also dysfunctional, causing further inconvenience. Service: The service was abysmal. The staff, especially the boys, were extremely lazy and unwilling to assist. Even when standing right in front of us, they refused to help with our luggage, leaving the ladies in our group to carry it themselves. To add to this, the lady at the reception was incredibly rude and arrogant. When we raised concerns about the rooms and facilities, she instructed the staff not to help us, which was unprofessional and unacceptable. Overall: This hotel fails miserably in terms of cleanliness, basic amenities, and customer service. It was one of the worst stays I've had, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Neat and clean room Good ambience

Undoubtedly the worst hotel to stay some rooms don't even have a western toilet the AC'S external water release pipe is connected to washroom which made very inconvenient to take use washroom and the room stank for my whole stay the only good point is that it is very close to KPHB metro station and has an easy transit.

Room quality Receptionist behaviour too rude Bed quality bad bad bad Washroom worst and worst They are demanding extra charges (500) for earlier check-in on same day if you check out earlier. Male receptionist who is at night sift. Merrier was also dimag.

Cockroaches are there on the second floor of this hotel. Room 207

I often book a room for small birthday party. This is surely a comfortable place with good rooms and service. Food will be available till 2AM. Locality is preferable to travel in Bus, Metro Rail station and Apollo hospital in case of emergency is much nearer. Hot water facility, 24 hours room service and AC rooms with classy furniture give it a precious look. No reason to turn back after stepping in you will definitely enjoy the stay.

The location is very good. It is located on the eastern side of the road and is identifiable very easily. The rooms are neat and clean. Bathrooms are spacious. We took a AC room for Rs 1500/- But the quality of service needs a lot of improvement. The restaurant attach to the hotel provide cheap and tasty vegetarian food. Buffet system is also there which we opted for Rs 99 per thali. The best part is check out time is 24 hrs from check in time and you can check in any time. There are shopping areas & cool eating places nearby. fiitjee office is only 1 km & is easily approachable by shared auto rickshaws.

very pathetic hotel not good for stay with family, rooms are not clean rooms are filled with cockroach, mosquito,flies. not water in washroom. AC NOT working and charges are 3600. i have raised complaint with hotel staff they say we cant do anything for cockroach, flies and mosquitos. asked to change the room and all the rooms are same with flies , cockroach and washrooms are not clean
