Ganesh Grand (Medipally), Banquet Hall, Wedding Venue with Rooms

Ganesh Grand (Medipally) One of the worst hotel it is in Hyderabad location. We reached to the hotel around 10 PM as our train was late and they charged too much high amount like 2500/day, we agreed with this as we did not have any other option so after getting the room the condition so we paid the complete amount 5000/- When we reached to the room the condition of the rooms was terrible as someone checked out and no cleaning had been done so when I requested them just to mop the floor once, they directly denied so we were compelled to adjust with that situation. Next day we just went for our professional work but why they were calling I don't know and was saying that where we are whenever they know that our check out date is the next day and for clarification payment is also done. They disturb in a disgusting manner. On the next day when we all know that the check out time is 10 AM, they are disturbing us again and again by calling in an illiterate way and saying that when we will leave the room, I said that 10 AM but one of the person is saying "no, you have to leave the room before 9 AM" Why???? When the most importantly the check out time is 10 PM and we have paid the full amount and we have checked in 10 o'clock at night, we didn't ask to decrease the rent for that reason, carrying 3 luggages in trolley how and most importantly why will we leave the room before 9 AM. The worst experience ever, the staffs are so disgusting, I'm just disappointed with their services. Actually I want to give this hotel negative marks star but as there is no option in review, so I forced myself to give 1 star. I'll suggest everyone never visit and plan to stay in this hotel.

The only positive point about this Hall is Maintenance and its big. The negative part is the food and catering. No co-ordination between the hall and the catering team. Even the taste of the food is not up to the mark for which they charge. They promise something and give something. There are many options in this area like SVM, Tulips. Better avoid this place.
