Whoever is looking for any room please avoid this hotel as the staff members and the owner itself is very rude and all of them will try to just scam or overcharge like they took extra money while checking out and the total amount was already paid while check in but after they took extra money from us.. after all bathroom is not gud and the fan is slow the room was also dirty specially the bed shits and cover Worst experience.

This hotel deserves zero rating, where they are very unprofessional staff sitting in reception and commanding customers.. Service issues No hot water No drinking water Bathroom doors are broken Flushes are not working Badly smell on beds Cleaning part, they just turned the same bedsheet without changing it.. Really need to work on service to customers. Worst service i ever had in my life.. All the best guys..

People don't come here however the hotel owner has kept some agents to bluff customers however the rooms were clean but there were cockroaches n but there are cheaper options with very good facilities.

Very bad maintenance of the room and unclean bathrooms. No towel.

I recently had an unpleasant experience with the manager at this hotel. The manager was rude and unprofessional, with a condescending attitude towards guests. When I asked for help with my room, he brushed me off and made me feel like an inconvenience. Throughout my stay, I witnessed the manager speaking disrespectfully to other guests as well. It was clear that he had no interest in making our stay comfortable or enjoyable. To make matters worse, there were numerous issues with my room, including a malfunctioning wifi and tv. Despite my repeated complaints to the manager, nothing was done to fix the problems. It's clear to me that the manager at this hotel is not interested in providing good customer service or ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else where you will be treated with respect and your concerns will be taken seriously.

Worst experience in my life wery bad all thing

World's ugliest and worst Hotel not even 1 Star for them ,there are devil's not humans not even serving water to the guest in the hotel. Better to stay in Nampally metro station Rajamatha hotel and stays , Ambience is so good and very clean and very helpful. Try to stay in this Rajamatha hotel .
