Flagship Hotel Gsn Grand

Very poor customer service by oyo...we booked another hotel but was denied check in.. No one took responsibility to even get us another room.. very careless attitude.. Then we came to this place.. Full of mosquitoes.. There was a sink in the room with stagnant water and i guess that's the breeding place.. Bathroom was pathetic.. the toilet flush was disconnected and when asked they told us we need to adjust.. i wouldn't suggest it to anyone..oyo is only a scam

Rooms are ok, but they are not worth for 1000ts per day. I booked it for 3dsys and paid around 2500rs, still they charge me extra money at my check-in.

The room was good, hotel staf maintained cleanliness, they provided ac and tv. Good place to visit again

PLZ DON'T STAY. This is the worst place to stay in Hyderabad, the management and there behavior is worst .The behavior of the employees are rude and they charge money for everything .This hotel is not safe for family and couples ..had the worst experiece

Good service , providing cleaning and one problem with that taking extra money But the service was good

Easy location near by market, convenient and good staff place is so neat and clean there is no disturbance

I had bad experience at this oyo Dusty room, irresponsible servant, here no one know english

Nice room with clean maintenance price is also reasonable
