Fairfield by Marriott Hyderabad Gachibowli

I recently stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel, Gachibowli in Hyderabad and was thoroughly impressed by both the room comfort and the buffet experience.||Rooms:|The rooms are clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens were fresh and crisp. The room included all essential amenities - a well-stocked minibar, a functional work desk, fast Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and relaxing - perfect for both business and leisure travelers.||Buffet:|The buffet at Citrus Cafe (the in-house restaurant) was a highlight of the stay. The spread was diverse, offering a mix of Indian, continental, and local Hyderabadi dishes. The food was fresh and flavorful, with several live counters for dosa, omelets, and more. The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring diners were well taken care of. Breakfast was especially enjoyable, with plenty of healthy and indulgent options alike.||Service & Hospitality:|The staff across the hotel were professional, polite, and eager to help. Pragya yadav and Ralte were made us feel great with their hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield Hotel! The hospitality and service were truly top-notch, exceeding expectations in every aspect. A special shout-out to Chef Manish and Chef Pavan for the incredible culinary experience - the food was consistently delicious, and I was especially amazed by the pancakes prepared by Chef Manish - absolutely the best I've had!||Also, a big thanks to Anmika and Sonu from the housekeeping team for their warm and attentive service. They made sure the room was always clean and comfortable.||The only minor concern is the room size, which felt a bit compact for a 4-star property. However, the excellent service more than made up for it. Looking forward to staying here again.

I had a truly pleasant stay at Lemon Tree Hotel Gachibowli. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making it a comfortable retreat after a long day. One thing I especially appreciated was the daily room cleaning, which ensured everything stayed fresh and spotless throughout my stay.||The in-house restaurant, Citrus, also deserves a special mention. The food was flavorful, with a good variety to suit different tastes. The restaurant staffs Pragya, Ralte, Vamshi and Tinku were attentive, courteous, and always had a smile--making each meal even more enjoyable.||Special thanks to the team for their consistent warmth and professionalism. I highly recommend Lemon Tree to anyone visiting the area, and I'll definitely choose it again on my next trip.||

The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Chefs went out of their way to make custom food for my three year old. The ambience is good and the rooms are spacious. Location is pretty accessible, would come back again.

The stay was truly delightful and everything was thoughtfully organized, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. Special appreciation goes to the dining staff, Sangeeta and Tinku, for their outstanding service. Their dedication, warmth, and attention to detail in serving meals made a lasting impression. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure guests were well taken care of, adding a personal and welcoming touch to the dining experience. Their professionalism and friendly attitude greatly enhanced the overall stay.

Excellent stay for the week. Breakfast was great. Service was excellent. Special call out to Chef Manish and Manotosh. Definitely coming back!||I stayed here during my 5 day business trip. Check-in at 5 am was painless. They sent me car to pickup airport.

The stay was very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy. The Housekeeping services are on time. The food was also good. Chef Manish took special care of our breakfast. Jayanth and Abhishek from front desk were extremely helpful and anticipating about our needs during the stay. Harish during breakfast bought us the perfect cup of filter coffee, Hunmoni and Dubey also kept a check on our food and likings, I would highly recommend the stay here.

Located in the business hub. Easy to spot but the entry/exit could be a little confusing as it mixes with the housing complex located just beside this property.||Rooms were spacious with all amenities. Linens were clean and sleep quality was great. Washrooms had 24x7 hot and cold water supply. In-room options for complementary tea/coffee was great. I didn't use but there was a fridge and safety locker along with slippers, shoe shiners and ironing facilities. Room storage was good. The room had a large window facing the housing mostly with a partial view of the nearby greenery.||Breakfast options were good but could have had more innovative. Most of the items remained same every day with a change of only 3-4 items. There is for sure room for improvement here. Also during peak hours, breakfast live counter service gets a little bit messy which can be improved. The cleanliness and hygiene (ex. change the mats rather than just rubbing it between guests switchings) also takes a toll during peak hours. The restaurant manager needs to be mindful of that and instruct attending staffs accordingly.||Decent parking place available but that area also needs a bit attention. It smells and has water seepage from top and side. Also looks a little bit like a dumpster in some places. Access to parking needs attention - no lift or easy access to and fro your vehicle.||Overall a good stay. If the minor points can be taken care of, it has the potential to be a 5 star experience.
