FabHotel Serenity

Absolute scam and pathetic experience. I called FabHotel Serenity in advance and confirmed early check-in. They said it was possible only if I booked through their web app (even quoted a higher price than MakeMyTrip, but I still agreed for early check-in). When I arrived at the hotel, they made me wait for 20 minutes and then shamelessly demanded extra charges for early check-in -- despite the prior confirmation. I even got the FabHotel representative on call, but the receptionist still refused to let me check-in unless I paid more. After paying again, I was shocked to see the room -- it smelled absolutely foul, like a sewer. It was disgusting beyond words. The condition of the room was so bad that I immediately left, came back at night just to pick up my stuff, and checked out without even staying a full night. This place is a scam. Zero professionalism. Zero accountability. Stay far away if you value your money, hygiene, and basic respect as a customer.

Rooms are very small and all amenities like Wi-Fi was fluctuate bathroom lock was broken . Hard to door lock and bed was so sponge, difficult for patient.

I have been staying in this hotel whenever I visit AIG from last 3 years and every time they have disappointed...the location is quite far from AIG yet I chose it because of rooms after paying 2500 per night, their rooms are not more cleaner like earlier and the receptionist behaviour is very very bad. I asked him to give me 1-2 hours post 11 am for checkout, he simply yelled at me and kept telling me that 11 means 11 and not beyond that..of else they will charge extra one day charge for even 1 hour ...in the night local boys /IT Guys will take the rooms and keep on drinking and making noises for which hotel owner will not take any action as it makes uncomfortable for families staying. . I urge everyone not to book this hotel specially on fabhotel just by their looks....there are better options available in the same street

Had a pleasant stay at hotel serenity.Most important advantage is it's close proximity to AIG hospital. Rooms r very basic clean, well maintained , supportive staff.

Inside is good and here staff also good... They clean every day .... Washroom and inside no smell overall good

It is very near AIG hospital and room is clean. Staffs are good.

Stayed here a couple of times. Good service. Helpful staff. Medium rooms. Near AIG hospital Gachibowli. Nearby Katyani veg restaurant.

Not convincing service or rooms..towel, bathroom, no internet and many other issues makes me give them 2....location is great but this place is worst than many oyo for much cheaper price...wouldn't recommend....
