We celebrated our kids first birthday, we had a pleasant experience right from start closing the sale with Jampaiah(Sales Manager), who is professional with good management. I had a pleasant one-day stay here. The hotel is exceptionally clean and safe, with friendly and highly cooperative staff. I accidentally left my document behind, and they promptly collected and kept it safe for me. The breakfast was delicious too!

Best luxury banquet, plenty of parking area with vallet parking service, ambience was clean n well maintained by staff, staff were groomed well so politely speaking, lift service is available, food was good and service was soo good, everything was good and smooth, worth for money, staff were soo cool and politely speaking towards Coustmers,highly recommend

I loved the ambience. The service is too good. I ordered Mongolian chicken and it was extremely good(customized with extra spice). And then I tried their chicken chatpat It was very flavourful. Their apricot delight was okayish. It was a nice experience.

We are very Happy on Hospitality and Food. All our family and friends enjoyed in the Function. Mr Arjun Managar and his Team given excellent service.

Disappointing Experience - Poor Service & Dishonest Practices We visited Hotel Druv Elite with kids, but our experience was extremely disappointing. The restaurant staff served the wrong food and casually blamed it on a "wrong punch." Despite specifically requesting zero spice for the kids, the food was extremely spicy. The rest of the dishes lacked taste. On our second visit, things got worse. We ordered a thali, and they initially claimed puris were unlimited, but kept serving more and more instead of providing rice. Later, they casually said, "Sorry, white rice is finished," even though they clearly knew this from the beginning. Instead, they only offered Basmati Bagara Rice, which we didn't want. This felt like a deliberate and dishonest attempt to mislead customers. The overall service was poor, and the staff lacked professionalism. We didn't want to create a scene and left quietly, but this is definitely not a place we would recommend or revisit.

Nice place. Good food. Service is owsome. Very much on the road. Easy to find. Vast parking. Valey parking available. Big family gatherings can be organized.

Yesterday we have visited Dhruv elite With my family friends, Over all the experience was not good , The staff behaviour is quite not happy and pretty disappointing, The Counter person Where his name was Naresh I said him that the experience was not good , His replying and receiving was very arrogant Talking very strange and rude with the customers , This is not the first time iam specifying his name specially because his behaviour made me more angry (Naresh), I don't know why they encourage and hire this kind of people , I strongly won't recommend This resturant Pretty bad experience
