Deccan Serai Hotel, HITEC CITY, HYDERABAD

The breakfast Buffet was amazing! There were not too many south options but I like the healthy choices that were available like various nuts, salads etc! Ambience was good, service was great! Started a bit late but overall worth the money! Go for it if you want to have a decent breakfast buffet experience in Hyderabad below 499/-

Gud stay ,The infrastructure is top-notch, with ample parking space, high-speed internet connectivity, and well-maintained workspaces. Inside, the towers are clean, organized, and conducive to productivity, with a range of office spaces catering to different business needs.|One thing to note is that, while it's a hub for IT and tech companies, the area can sometimes get quite crowded during peak office hours, especially with the constant influx of professionals. But overall, Cyber Towers offers a dynamic work environment with great facilities, making it a prime location for businesses and professionals in Hyderabad.

Worst hospitality that I had ever experienced. I had misplaced my Room access card. They just bluntly told that it is chargeable. Never ever offered a support to search for it despite seeing me that I had an injured leg. First time ever saw a hotel who charged for a misplaced access card, never seen such a shady hotel and staff. They did not even had a courtesy to check with their manager or any seniors. I would strongly recommend no to stay at such a cruelly behaved environment.

1. Compare with Fairfield Marriott and lemontree its really neat and good to stay.|2. Food - i took food here for my entire 4 days stay. It's an good taste and delicious.|3. Service and support - Abdul first response and quick support makes me comfort stay in deccan serai. Thanks deccan serai folks. Kudos to all.

Poor service. Wi-Fi is very slow and only allows 3 devices, but even then it says the limit is exceeded. Room service charges extra which was disappointing. There was noise at night from furniture being moved upstairs, so not a peaceful stay. Only good thing was the food.

Good: Its in the heart of city and everything including metro is in walkable distance. Everyday room cleaning which is super attention to detail.||Bad: city view are not city view but garbage view rooms, photos attached. This was even though I had made a special request that I would be visiting along with my wife to show HYD where I had worked before

This is a quiet abode in busy IT park. Service staff need special mention. The food quality and taste complements the stay to make guests dwell into their evening soothing after a hard day of work. Keep it up folks
