No tv , And they charge me 30 rupees for water bottle , Water should be provided free of cost All are north Indians staff ,they say only we don't telugu. Worst experience

Worst, rooms and worst service from staff. Have booked a room using booking.com, when I arrived , they tell me they dont have my booking. After insisting for 10 mins, that they have replied on booking.com to my message as confirmed booking, he suddenly found my booking. After he accepted my booking, another customer came-in asking for room and he offered to pay 'more money' if he could find an available room. Meanwhile another customer who has booked 6 rooms for 20 people, is asking for extra mattresses, and they flat refused, telling that no extra mattress. Staff very unhelpful and not polite. Bedsheets were filthy wit stains all over. No soap in shower cubicle, and shower not working. Soap dispenser at washbasin was rusted and broken. toilet seat was broken. Walls were filthy and had stains and holes. AC was so weak that room did not cool until 1.00 AM and after that it started dripping water on inside into the room.

I would recommend NOT TO STAY. We had priorly booked this stay 3 days prior to the date of stay via OYO and booking was confirmed,we reached the property on the day of stay the receptionist denied us d stay saying they cancelled our booking and had overbooked the hotel. When asked we had booked online via Oyo 3 days before , the receptionist spoke inhumane and rudely saying I have cancelled the booking via online and there are no rooms available now.. we travelled all the way from 200 kms and booked in advance so that we didn't have any last minute problem for NEET PG exam and they cancelled our booking without any prior intimation saying . These were his words """You have not booked rooms with us personally so we cancelled , complaint who ever you want to I don't care (kisko bhi call karlo , mein room nahin Dene wala .. chaye Oyo ko call karlo ya kisko bhi "" .. he didn't tell me the name otherwise would have posted his namely publicly.. I have all the details of the booking if you want to cross verify.. They just hold the booking and charge 4-5 times more the actual rate.

Rooms are very small and not in good condition

Bed and pillow very dirty Very Poor service was given by the staff. Staff is not supportive at all. Hot water is not provided for bath. Rooms are not well maintained,

They lost my personal impression when I asked for washroom at reception, he replied pay for room and then use your services. Actually I was willing to stay in that Town house only for my work location. Room and bathroom are completely with cockroaches, in the night these cockroaches travel on your sheets and body. They don't have minimum amenities like tea, coffee, milk I have to stayhere for 5 days due to work, I was feeling cold and cough requested for hot water they don't have anything to serve he replied.

Cleaned n calm atmosphere I have seen there. Walkable distance to the metro so that will be an advantage to the people to stay here.
