Collection O Kothapet Omini Hospital Formerly Thatipally Mansion

The location is good. It is on the main room near to many restaurants. But there were a couple of disappointments. It is more of a PG room than hotel. The 'Mansion' did not have proper reception for Check-in. A table at entrance with nobody to attend. There were no stairs but two-way Manual Elevator which has a way to back gate and upstairs. After going upstairs, we met a staff who gave a room which was not clean, bed stains, no hot water so we requested for a room change. We were given another room which did not have entrance door lock. We felt unsafe so we decided to leave the place. On a positive note, good place for bachelors were the rooms have a sink, kitchen top and water purifier.

This was the worst hotel I have ever seen in my entire life. Washrooms was dirty, bathroom was dirty as well, bedsheet was dirty blanket was stinking very badly TV was not working. no proper light in the room. If you have already paid amount on OYO app but receptionist still ask you for extra money. I paid him 500rs extra. he is very rude. No stairs in the hotel. No lights outside the rooms. I changed my hotel in one day. Never booked this hotel you will feel regrets. I repeat never.

The owner asked to pay extra amount as OYO is taking almost 50% commission and the remaining amount is not sufficient for him, if I hadn't paid it online he wouldn't have let me check in without paying the extra amount. The rooms were not clean, old used water bottle was still in the room, the towel had all sorts of marks on it. Would never visit this hotel again in my life.

Only positive was the location. The room we were given was not OYO standard. Also the attender was arrogant and demanded extra money while check-in. If there were an option to rate negative I would have done that.

Small place.... difficult to locate as the sign boards are small....rooms are decent but toilets could be better with respect to fittings in place and utilities provided ....no intercom in the room so you need to go down for any service requirement you have ...

The location is good, but rooms are slightly cramped. There was no mirror in bathroom. There was also no chair in the room. The lights in lounge was always in darkness, even when there is electricity.
