I encountered unsatisfactory service and billing issues during my recent visit. Firstly, I was charged an exorbitant rate for my room, which included additional taxes despite the GST already being part of the listed price. This lack of transparency in billing is unacceptable. Furthermore, despite the check-in time of 12 PM, I was informed upon arrival that I would have to wait an additional 2 hours for my room to be ready. This caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my plans. Additionally, I was asked to pay an extra 400 for an early check-in at 10 AM. Upon denying this extra charge, the staff member began to speak rudely, further exacerbating the situation and contributing to a highly unpleasant experience. I also have reason to believe that the positive reviews of your establishment may not be genuine, which is concerning and misleading for potential customers. Moreover, due to these issues, I canceled my stay at your hotel and booked another nearby. The alternative hotel was slightly more expensive but had welcoming staff and accommodated a free late check-out due to a change in my plans. I expect a prompt explanation for these discrepancies.

Extremely rude and insulting behavior by the hotel staff and owner. No respect for customers. They denied our booking on our face and asked us to go away from the reception with our luggage. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waste hotel i have ever seen, booked in agoda they not even don't know that platform and not accepting my booking asking me to pay extra amount left with my kid from hotel from reception itself.

"A Truly Exceptional Hotel Experience!" I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel. The rooms are impeccable, combining modern comfort with a touch of luxury. The hotel's ambience is simply delightful. The common areas are tastefully decorated, and the soothing ambiance throughout the property is perfect for relaxation. Service here is top-notch. The staff is not only attentive but also incredibly friendly. One of the highlights for me was the hotel's convenient location. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Hyderabad! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to the golden gate. The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel was very flexible (appreciate this!) and the hotel supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great staff and service here, which obviously also added up to the experience.

The location, service was good with clean rooms. But the big drawback was drinking water. They have not kept drinking water and if you need water, you need to buy from them at an extra price. Drinkinking water is a basic facility. Also, in the bathroom there is no hand wash. If you take care of these things, then it's a good place to stay.

Whoever is trying to book a room here through online services, kindly don't pay or don't book this hotel as they will say there is no room available post booking. And the crazy part the third party agency won't help as the customer service doesn't have any proper response nor any customer care number. I have paid an amount of 490/- change for a room for 3hrs literally 3hours and when I visited this place the receptionist named "Hemanth" stated that there are no rooms available, which is pathetic and also stated that the room available is 1200 to 1500/-, kindly don't book it at all the worst service ever u can imagine at time of 12:06AM. The worst service I have ever faced till date.

Worst in maintenance. Not recommended for a family stay. Do not believe the ratings and the review which says 5 star. I was cheated by these reviews. Reality is far from these ratings. It was such an embarrassment in front of family members for booking this hotel.
