Capital O HOTEL SKY GRAND

I booked room from Oyo customer care service on 1st Feb 2025. When I arrived, they refused to give rooms on price that I booked and demanded extra money which I saved with the offer. We were 10 people with kids with us. We had to pay and get a room as it was late night. Even after paying money they gave rooms whose AC was not working and they asked us to adjust for the night. Geysers were not working. We had to take a cold water bath even after paying lot of money for the room. Room service was also not good. We had to follow up for extra blankets and all. This hotel is for Couples who enjoy enjoys Oyo stay. I suggest do not book this hotel for the stay. This is a genuine review. Its on you if you want to take it or not.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel! Our experience at this so-called hotel was an absolute nightmare, thanks to the sheer arrogance and unprofessionalism of the manager, Shravan Kumar. From the very beginning, there was utter confusion between Sriveda and Capital O Sky Grand, and when we asked for clarification, he rudely snapped, "They're the same hotel! Check inside if you want!"--as if we were an inconvenience for simply asking a basic question. We had already booked our stay through Oyo, but to our shock, he shamelessly claimed he had given our room away to another customer. His excuse? "We don't consider Oyo bookings." If that's the case, then why even list the hotel on the platform? When we said we would pay whatever the app showed, he flat-out refused, arrogantly stating they don't accept payments below 1,800, a blatant scam to force higher rates. As if that wasn't enough, he had the audacity to suggest another "hotel" right in front of this one. We checked it out, only to find it a filthy, cockroach-infested dump--completely unfit for anyone to stay in. At this point, it was clear this man was running a shady business. Then, suddenly, he "miraculously" had a room available, but only after he made a call to some supposed booked customer, who conveniently canceled. He first quoted 2,000, and when we confronted him, he responded with pure arrogance, as if he was doing us a favor. After a frustrating back-and-forth, we ended up settling at 1,800--not because we were satisfied, but because we were exhausted dealing with his nonsense. This place is a scam, run by a manager who has zero respect for customers. If they don't accept Oyo bookings or have hidden pricing policies, they should be upfront instead of tricking guests. But the worst part was the manager's disgusting attitude--treating guests like they were beneath him. DO NOT stay here unless you want to be disrespected, cheated, and completely frustrated.

The hotel manager was extremely arrogant and showed no concern for how to treat customers. There were two hotels, Sriveda and Capital O Sky Grand, which was confusing. When we asked for clarification, he rudely told us they were the same hotel and shouted, "Check inside if you want." We had already booked our room through Oyo, but he claimed he had given it to another customer. He also stated that they do not consider booking from Oyo. Additionally, qe said we will pay whatever the app is showing but he refused saying they don't accept payments below 1,800--complete nonsense. Later, he mentioned that he could check availability at his other hotel right in front of this one. However, when we inspected it, it was full of cockroaches, so we decided not to stay there. Then, suddenly, the manager, said he might have a room available. He just needed to make a call to confirm whether the booked customer was arriving. Surprisingly, the customer declined. Initially, he quoted 2,000 for the room, and when we questioned him, he responded arrogantly--I don't remember his exact words. After a long argument, we settled on 1,800. However, we were extremely dissatisfied with his behavior. If the hotel does not accept bookings below 1,800 or does not honor Oyo reservations, they should be upfront about it. But at the very least, they should learn how to speak to customers with respect.

The worst experience ever.We had booked 2 rooms and both of them were worst to stay.Poor customer service,very poor cleanliness,damaged utensils etc. Don't ever book this place

The rooms were not clean and the shower had almost not hot water flowing. Also the bedlinen had stains. The staff was friendly and the location covenient.

Disliked the place because I had an issue while check-in, the person at reception was refusing to give me room and was asking me to pay extra rupees from the original amount from the OYO bill. There was no room service available and some light inside the room were not working, had issues with AC, Water heater was also not working. The staff of the hotel were awfully rude and greedy for extra money for every small things, they are unprofessional people. I recommend the owner to replace the receptions (both) and the incharge person because the incharge person identified himself as the owner of the hotel while speaking with ous and defended the receptions (both) while arguing with ous. He was the first person to deny ous stay. Those who want to book accommodation here through OYO please don't repeat our mistake by booking in this place even though it displays price as 1200+ but when you reach this place they will ask for extra money while check-in and tell you that their tariff is different from the amount shown in OYO.

Very very worst hotel This is a very bad hotel, don't go there, they will cheat you anyway.

Its the worst place to book.To be honest a unhygienic place with not even proper facilities provides.And service of hotel staff was not even good.The toilet was not even clean and not even good place to shower.And bad thing was light was not even proper in any of the room for which we even change the room but still the same issue we were facing.we are very much disappointed with whatever things we experienced.
