The worst hotel ever. Very dirty, unhygienic, rude staff, lizards in bathroom. You will get non-seal water bottle as complementary. Upon asking them for sealed water bottle, staff said they do not have it. Room was so dirty, please refer pics. Genuine advise to you guys, if you have read this, please do not opt for this hotel. All sofas were full of dust and it is beside a dumpy yard. No hot water in bathrooms. I think it has got good ratings only by IELTS exam students as they would have not stayed in room, they visited only halls where exam was conducted. Sincere advise, do not book this hotel.

It is value for money stay. I found it neat and clean. Neither in-house restaurant is available nor near by though they arrange breakfast. Laundry service is not available. Staff behavior is very good and provide prompt service. It is in front of Lake but if you get room which is road facing then only you will get lake view otherwise you have to see dump yard on opening window curtain. Rooms are very spacious. Hot water is available in morning only.

A hotel can't possibly be this bad. I wonder how they have managed to get more than three stars for this. This is a run down place, don't book your stay here. The room has no fan , AC doesn't work and the management refused to change the room. Bathroom is broken ( literally, one wall is broken ) and you can see the next room's bathtub. The floors are stained AF, you wonder what possibly could have happened to have such a dirty floor. Lobby stinks and the staff is rude. At 12 in the night, 15 mins after check in had to find a new accommodation and move out. The Uber driver who came to pick me up told, he is a local who is driving for 4 years, literally hasn't picked up or dropped one guest in this hotel. This place needs a major renovation.

hai guys recently i visited to the one amazing hotel which I had never experienced before. The outer environment only is too amazing. Although the interior design of hotel make the people more attractive. When come to the taste of the it's good. Their is no negitive in the food manner. The room maintained very hygiene. I was totally experienced good

Well, while a lot of people prefer this hotel to enjoy the view, i will say this place could be better. First of all, the dumping yard located just beside this hotel is a great disadvantage. The truth that neither you cannot open the doors and Windows nor spend some time in your balcony, due to the smell proves the drawback. Moreover, restrooms seem quite dull , unhygienic and dusty.The remaining facilities such as, infrastructure, pleasant music are not bad. So this is the last place i suggest you.

The hotel is worst ! You cant even expect one thing thats rightly maintained . No lights, no water , no wifi , no tv and hell there is no AC ! The photos mentioned and just to showup ! Nothing works ! For this price tag you get many more hotels which maintain well. Felt very bad staying here ! The quality of rooms and their maintanance is 0%. No food ,no hot water for bathing, Room's Cleaning not done, Lot of insight in the room, No proper light, Never book this hotel for stay. Recipient also not talking properly. Hotel location also not showing properly.

We booked this hotel through OYO for 2 days. N it was the worst ever experience. Extremely poor hygiene, arrogant attitude of hotel Authorities towards their guests. Flush in washroom were not working, every corner of the property was stinking. And most important they give rooms for drinking and all worst things on hour basis. Not at all recommended property to stay for Families.

I had booked this hotel through Oyo. This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed. The staff is very very rude, they never serve their customers. They rather didn't even allow me to wait at the reception for my cab after I had checked out from the room. They said they are expecting 30-40 guests at the reception so I have leave the reception area and go outside the hotel. Even a lodge has much better hospitality than these guys. The property is very badly maintained. When it started raining the rain water entered my room and it had become a swimming pool, but they never ever even came to my room to clean it. Also surprisingly they keep the phone disconnected so that we cannot even connect to the reception. The rooms are poorly maintained and even after complaining they will not attend to your complaint. Had a very bad experience in the hotel. They even requested me not to give a 1 star rating. But I am forced to give a 1 star because I was literally said to vacate the hotel because I complained to the. If Oyo has tied up with these kind of pathetic hotels then I will have look for other alternatives.
