Behaviour of the lady receptionist is very rude. No sound in TV, no body responded after complaining also. Very pathetic mattresses (feel like we fell in pit), Corridors and rooms are stinking with cigarette smell. Cleanliness not up to the mark. Totally, I was not happy. I will give one star out of 5stars to this hotel

The staff members were extremely impolite and exhibited a lack of professionalism. Additionally, I had to switch rooms three times during my five-day stay due to an unbearable and unpleasant odor, as well as frequent issues with the room's lighting..The only thing I liked about is that there are several food points near by.

Budget hotel in LB Nagar with minimal amenities. 24 hours hot water facility available in room. Large size Rooms with table and Almira coffee maker available in room. Lift facility available. Check in experience is ok. Famous restaurants name PALAMURU GRILL is available in house with hifi price. They can organize birthday party kitty party etc... Rooms are good and clean.

Very poor experience for suite room, 212. Vee bad mattress, extremely poor quality small Bedsheet coming out very easily. Cockroachs in the room, No Tea/Coffee Materials, Hot water pot, even Water Glass was given, No hangers in Wardrobe.. Bathroom has no consumables. Do not book this venue at all. infact I booked for 3000, next day price cam doen to 2400/- I wasted my money completely

Room is worst. aesthetic point of view it will attract but labour maintenance , Mattress is like garbage. Easily that can be used for footpath people on the roads. Literally slept on springs instead on foam. No hangers in the bathroom. Totally waste and bad stay night. Maintenance is very bad. Lot of disturbance from the younsters in the nights. Charging like 2 star and 3 star hotels. Not worthy.

Room good but bathroom very dirty not proper cleaning

Reception Area looks like 5 star hotel. Service is good. Plenty of parking space. Cleanliness is missing in Rooms . Beds are in worst condition. Cockroaches runs every where. Needs management attention.

The hotel is reputed and in central location. Service is basic, facilities are average. Management is absent. Google search leads you to Santosh Nagar, beware of it. Check out time is 11 AM, though never told while Checking in.
