Good hotel, good service, Staff resiveing was really good,I want stay again in the hotel

It was a horrible experience! Firstly their prices don't match with that of the online price and they will charge you 1800. I would rate the maintenance in negative! There were insects of all types and cockroaches of all sizes running around even flying everywhere and when you inform the hotel staff they are least bothered. The beds are all broken sofa cum beds joined today hence when you lay on it you will literally touch the ground and feel the bed will break anytime. The locks of the doors also didn't work. There was no water at all in any of the taps in the washroom was the worst part. We couldn't use the toilet even to wash hand and flush also didn't work. They don't have drinking water facilities. Overall a waste of money and worst nightmare experience

For me, it's a nice experience because I want to vacation I requested to Hotel because I needed privacy I don't what any Disturbance . All good But a smaller issue Avery one smoking Everywhere, so please avoid to smoking in in front of rooms that is good for everyone Thank you for your service

When Iam Staying In this Oyo specially worst day in my life.. 1) Staff Was asking double money for Oyo booking payment. 2) Staff was asking my mobile phone forcefully And he's given five star rating in their hotel. 3) Staff Was Again and again disturbing Whole Night. 4) TV & AC Not Working And Bed Also Very Old bed Very Uncomfortable to sleep. 5) Staff Was very very much of rude behaviour.and Also Talk with volgar launguage In front of girl.. When We are staying that Oyo... whole night time passed in fearly do not have sleep both... Please I humble request to all don't booking this Oyo.... please... Dear Oyo Authority Please do Not support of this type of Oyo....

Worrest experience even they won't provide water bottle as when i asked them they told you need to buy. TV are not working when i asked them they told sir if you not okay you can cancel it how the roode behavior they don't how to treat a customer. Worrest experience

It was my worst stay ever! Reasons: 1. The receptionist is rude most of the times if you ask or say something to him 2. He asked additional amount of 1000 Rs. For early check-in. As per the policy, he should have taken 30% of one night stay which makes the charge under 500 rs. 3. Bedsheets were not changed throughout my 4 nights stay even after multiple requests. 4. They added wrong information regarding complementary breakfast and restaurant as given in the hotel page 5. It wasn't hygienic. Bottom line: PLEASE DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR STAY. THEY DON'T VALUE CUSTOMERS.

Out of all Oyo rooms, it has some decent rooms. But beware of the fraud by Oyo. They cheated me and charged me more. Even after reporting the fraud, they didn't respond to my mails and calls. They showed me a total amount of INR 848 at the booking page, when the paid the full amount, they gave me another charge of INR 212 informing me that my booking is not confirmed, and to confirm the booking I have to pay that extra amount. When I asked them to refund my money since the booking is not confirmed, they told they will not refund my money. Finally I had to pay the remaining amount since there was no option for me. So beware of this fraud company Oyo.
