This was honestly one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. First of all, there was no water in the bathroom--couldn't even wash my hands, let alone shower. When I asked the staff, they just shrugged it off and didn't fix it. The AC barely worked, and to make things worse, there was no fan in the room, so it was hot and stuffy the whole time. The remote for the TV didn't work either because there were no batteries--I asked for replacements, but they never brought any. On top of all that, the room was dirty, the sheets didn't seem clean, and the bathroom smelled awful. Staff were rude and unhelpful, like they couldn't care less about the guests. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It was a waste of money and completely ruined part of my trip

It was a horrible experience with hotel dirty room,bed very dirty not clean,unhygienic bathrooms and bed sheets. Wash basin leaking, bad smell though out the day and night. No water for drinking.. not happy and will not recommend it to anyone

Rooms are okay, staffs are okay too. Pricing is average. Location is walkable from Dilshuk metro and it has a basement parking. Hotel is within the building. Next to essar petrol pump and close to Omni hospital. Bathroom is neat but I couldn't get hot water even when they mentioned it. AC was working as well. Oyo standards have come down and the model isn't working like before in my view.

The service is pathetic, broken AC, Broken Bed, No Hot Water, Broken Toilet seat. Foul Cigarette smell everywhere. Dirty washrooms. They show a different room before booking and allocate a different room after paying, Absolute Scam! Would not recommend for family.

Very very basic hotel don't stay here if you are with family.Did a biggest mistake staying here hot water was not there had to use electric portable heater , air conditioning temperature couldn't be adjusted,rooms were not cleaned has mud on the door mat.Stay here only when you have to spend a night with no options left if not don't.

Very worst service, Rude behaviour with customers , rooms are not all good , beds are worst and bathrooms are totally leakage . No security and safety .
