The Hotel is very clean and staffs are very humble in nature. The room service was very quick to us. Complimentary breakfast taste is good but more options to be added for the breakfast. Rooms are quite small but comfortable to stay. Washroom is well maintained with good amenities. Towels and Bed spreads were clean and tidy. Recommended to stay in the hotel.

They Can improve on cleanliness of rooms and bath rooms. Bedsheets, towels and the room itself have an old look about them which can be improved. The whole evening WiFi was not working.The approach road is quite muddy and smelling.

Rooms are large and spacious, just that the floor is damaged little at some corners. AC is not as good as it can be. They have a very cute and small buffet breakfast as well which is complimentary. Tap water is quite smelly. The service and staff is really good.

My parents were staying in Room 401, the room was so good, easy accessible to US Consulate. But one taxi arranged from the hotel for roaming around to see Charminar and other places. He was very expensive and misleading, don't take the taxi from here.

Location: The approach is a bit shady. It is off main road, but that is shady and not really visible. When we went the drainage was leaking outside and it had bad smell around that area. Overall, the picture of the facade on google maps or other places is a bit misleading. Rooms: Very compact. Extremely compact is the word. Basic facilities. Very small bed, it is smaller than the queen size. Dont plan with extra person in that room, they offer bedding to be put on the floor and after that you will need to walk over that person to get out of your bed. Restaurant: It is OK for the hotel. The buffet breakfast is offered, and that is ok. Service: This is good. They are prompt for everything you ask. The room service is prompt.
