Pathetic, very poor.. Location near (600 mtrs far) to LB Nagar Metro station. Parking available. Negatives..... Looks good from outside but worst from its services and staffs. Prices are expensive than online bookings. No Food facilities available. Staff and their services are very poor. They are least bothered about guests. Poor condition of bedsheets, pillow covers and towels. Rooms are found dirty when i checked in. Entire closet was filthy.

I have been to so many hotels but never nobody told to align the blanket with own hands. Room is smelly with mosquitoes wandering here and there. There is no improvement in service even after complaining.

Even after booking the room's in prior by paying the advance they won't give the rooms on time and they say all the rooms are booked. I don't know why they are taking advance if they want to give the rooms to others

Rooms are good, but services are worst and the employees are not courteous. I booked room online and made pre payment but on the day of entry they denied such thing.

They say it is usually 1500 but it doesn't even fit to 500 ... overpricing and not a clean room
